I booked this holiday for my daughter’s 4th birthday with my family. The resort was clean and staff was welcoming. They listen to the customers with care and resolve issues immediately. The room was cleaned every day and on my daughter’s birthday the room was decorated very nicely. The animation team made all the days there unforgettable for my daughter. She loved face painting and dancing every night. She liked the pool foam party as everyone else. The mall was not too far from the resort which was very helpful for a different thing to do. The resort had snacks at any time and my daughter enjoyed pizzas from the Greek restaurant by the beach. The weather was 24-27 degrees and everything was lovely. I had a haircut and hair dye which came out very nicely and everyone complemented. Highly recommended for families.

The staff are extremely friendly and have excellent customer service! the pool and the beach are always immaculate!For my birthday the staff decorated my room and made my birthday perfect!I cannot express how amazing my time here was with my family! the staff are so helpful with taxis and getyourguide. Thank you so much! Our trip was amazing! This is our second time here, and once again, we were not disappointed. The food selection was wide, and the service was excellent. The entertainment program, due to its location, didn’t appeal much to us, but after all, we came here to relax. I greatly appreciate your service team – always cheerful, helpful, and friendly. I would especially like to thank the VIP area attendant (Mahmoud 351). Such a wonderful personality, so attentive and kind. I hope you value employees like him highly. Additionally, the main restaurant server, whose workday ended on Thursday (unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name), and another employee from the same area (Mahmoud 313) were also exceptional. We felt cared for and welcomed.

We are at Titanic Royal în Hurgada from December 26th. We stay in room 1063. Our vacation was great, due to the hotel team. We enjoyed a la carte restaurants (Mongolian, Greek, Italian, Teppanyaki) and we appreciated the chefs who provided gluten free meals or recommended which food is gluten free. From the animation team, Kadija, Ariadna, Jojo, Ryan are very friendly, and made a great atmosphere. The entire staff is client oriented and made all the best to have a great time. We wish to book the next vacation and to come again in May.

We are repeat long stay guests and this is due to the wonderful hotel that TR is. We spent 4 weeks here over Nov/Dec and it was great as always. The hotel is spotless in all areas, the chef and his team provide excellent food for every buffet and al a carte meal. The drinks/cocktails are also above Egyptian average offering a good choice. The rooms are a good size, well maintained and kept clean and stocked with toiletries. The beds are big and comfortable always with fresh bedding. The showers are really large and provide a good pressure and supply of hot water. We used the laundry service for the first time and was amazed it was back washed and ironed the same day so will be a regular user now. The gardens are well kept and the gardeners are unsung heroes. The WI-FI is good and covers all the hotel, beach and rooms. Both my husband and I used the spa and received a professional service in a clean and hygienic surroundings. Animations had changed since our last visit. They provide a good programme especially for the younger guests. The evening lounge live entertainment could be better, bring back the pianist. Guest relations both Eva and Christina, who is back again, provide an excellent service and take time to talk to guests and will rectify any problems that are within the scope of the hotel. ALL the staff, front of house and those behind the scenes provide an excellent service being friendly, helpful and happy. A big thank you to you all for making our holiday all that more special.
