I have very fond memories of my stay at the hotel. The place was very nicely decorated. The reception and service were very nice, kind and helpful. If I had any problems they were always there to help. Beautiful and clean beach. The water in the pools was clean. The food was tasty and varied, I didn't find anything tasteless or indigestible during my entire stay. The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious and we were very nicely welcomed. There were various interesting animations and games until noon and in the evening, so we didn't get bored. The gardens around were very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. Delicious drinks in the main hotel bar. I will remember this hotel and all the wonderful people who work there and made sure that we didn't lack anything. Thanks to this we spent very nice time and vacations. Greetings from Poland and I think that we will see you soon :)

Wow, what a great holiday. I’ve been to Egypt many times and this hotel is amazing. Great for kids and adults. For the kids… great park, pirate ship and bouncy castles, ice cream and great kids disco. The animation team are superb with the kids. The food is fantastic, Al a carte restaurants are all brilliant. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They all work so hard and always with a smile. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the best holiday

The staff are extremely friendly and have excellent customer service! the pool and the beach are always immaculate!For my birthday the staff decorated my room and made my birthday perfect!I cannot express how amazing my time here was with my family! the staff are so helpful with taxis and getyourguide. I couldn’t recommend thia place more!

First time in Egypt and what can I say is honestly wow it’s been absolutely amazing.all the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and work so hard and always with a smile on there face and make you feel so welcome and will go out of there way to help you I would like to say thank you to all of you for the kindness that you have shown the hotel is absolutely beautiful with lovely food and cocktails and it’s absolutely spotless I hope to see you all very soon

We had a wonderfull time in the resort around the new year's eve. The pool is perfect for the Kids as well as the resort team who is always kind and helpfull. We had a lot of choice at the restaurants, we went to the mini disco for Kids almost every evening and played some darts around the pool.
