Nice place but staff need to be more friendly

Service exzellent , super sauber und gepflegter Garten Zimmer komfortabel und groß Mobiliar etwas veraltet ! Abends Unterhaltung leider war unter Zelt draußen und sehr kalt !! Für Kinder gab es keinen Spielplatz , wo die spielen könnten und müssen während dem Show stören ! Essen war gut und genügend

Отличный отель! Хороший номер, есть холодильник и чайник, кружки и стеклянные стаканы, чай и кофе. В ванной комнате и ванна, и душевая кабина. Еды много (у нас был завтрак и ужин) и она вкусная! А то в Египте бывает много, но невкусно) Пляж хороший, есть рыбки. Вай фай иногда медленный, зато он есть на всей территории, даже на пляже. За час можно прогуляться от отеля до прогулочной зоны с фонтанами и всякими кафе по набережной или прямо по пляжу. Спасибо, с удовольствием вернёмся :)

Odličan hote. Udaljen od centra mesta i zbig toga imate malo veće cene za izvan hotelsku animaciju. Atmosfera i animacija odlični. Plaža prosečna. Hrana odlična.

One of the most exceptional stayes for me in Hurghada, the staff is trying to do their best. A special thanks for Mr Mansour the chief cook for the main resturant, Ms Neveen and Mr Hassan from the customer relations. Room was spacious and good equipped. The pools are 4, 3 of them were good heated. And the beach is phenomenal for the people who like snorkeling and diving

An Amazing Stay – Can't Wait to Return! As a solo traveler (37F), I wanted to share my honest experience because there’s so much to say about this incredible hotel. From the moment I was dropped off to the day I was picked up, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was unmatched, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Arrival & Check-In The check-in process was seamless, and I requested a pool view. Not only was this accommodated, but I was given a room with side sea access (Room 2032). Tala, the concierge, personally showed me to my room and ensured everything was perfect. He always greeted me with a smile whenever I passed through reception. Alaa at reception was another standout – he was consistently cheerful, wishing me a great day before my boat trips and welcoming me back afterward. I even made it a point to stop and say hello daily because his positivity was contagious. Exceptional Service Ali from housekeeping was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. My room was always immaculate, with my fridge regularly stocked with water/sofr drinks. His towel creations were a delightful surprise each day, and I couldn’t help but smile when returning from the beach or pool. Ali’s dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made my stay special. The dining experience was equally exceptional. Saad from food and beverage (Palm Restaurant) was incredibly efficient, ensuring my drink orders and needs were met promptly during breakfast and dinner. He consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Facilities & Activities The hotel is spotless, and finding a spot at the beach or pool was never an issue. On day two, I met a group of six, and even securing seven loungers together was a breeze. Drinks from the beach bar or poolside were served quickly and frequently. I booked two boat trips through GetYourGuide (Hula Hula and Orange Bay), which were much cheaper than other options. Transfers to and from the hotel were smooth – you simply give security your room number, and again on tour return back to Tropitel. Swimming off the jetty to see the coral is a must-do! However, depending on the tide, there are days you can’t go far out. On those days, I recommend booking a boat trip or visiting another beach for uninterrupted swimming. Also, bring sliders for the stony areas in the sea. Don’t miss the sunrise at 6:40 AM on the beach—it’s absolutely breathtaking! Dining Highlights I tried a variety of dining options during my stay. The Italian restaurant (free) was great for daytime meals, while the Turkish restaurant (extra) and Mexican restaurant (free) were fantastic for dinner. The Mexican restaurant was my favorite for both the food and the impeccable service. Final Thoughts This hotel felt like a second home, thanks to the amazing staff and the family-like atmosphere they create. I’m already planning to return this year because I’m missing everything—the people, the service, and the stun
