Eagle Mill Luxury Rooms

One nights stay (unfortunately!) and wow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we were there another night, we stayed in the smallest room however it was very well appointed and very comfortable. The small touches make the difference I always think. From the fresh milk supplied, bottled water, his and hers robes and a proper coffee machine :) The breakfast was absolutely delicious, every need was taken care of. This is how you do B and B 10/10, its a shame we live so far away but I am sure we will be back again, I really want to use the hot tub!!

We have stayed here before and felt privileged to have experienced Sam's beautifully presented rooms and fantastic breakfasts. Although we stayed in the smallest room available this time it did not disappoint. A thoughfully planned and executed business model at a more than fair price. We shall certainly visit again. A second visit and a second stay in The Great Ouse room in the garden. Excellent room with excellent facilities. Sam’s breakfast seems to get better and better. You cannot go wrong if you are in the area and want a quality B&B. Parking on site, a friendly host, comfortable rooms and a nice excellent breakfast. Gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

Far beyond expectations - a divine stay. Every detail was covered from fresh milk for the filter coffee to dressing gowns & Elemis toiletries. Beautifully appointed large room with own terrace table. Delicious bespoke breakfast - buttery mushrooms & eggs & smoked salmon on sourdough.

What a stunning place! Gorgeous rooms, clean, comfy bed. The hosts are friendly and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is fabulous and love the 'taste, don't waste' approach. Will definitely book again and highly recommend. Relaxing, luxury stay

Spent two wonderful nights here. The host Sam, was very welcoming and happy to chat. Our accommodation was stunning, immaculately clean and set within beautifully maintained gardens. Bella and Cali, the owners dogs were lovely. Breakfast was superb, would highly recommend.

We stayed at Eagle Mill for a couple of nights to celebrate a friend’s birthday. What a fantastic stay! The owners and staff couldn’t be more helpful and the rooms and gardens are beautiful. The beds are as comfortable as other reviewers have said and breakfast was perfect. We will definitely book again when we are next in St Ives.

We stayed overnight before a wedding and the service was exceptional. Our suite was lovely and the bed was so comfy. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating even those had to be up for breakfast so early. Would definitely recommend this lovely place .

This is truly outstanding place to stay and we can’t wait to go back. All the rooms are thoughtfully designed, with high end furniture and amenities. During the entire extended stay we felt as if we were part of the owner’s family. If you choose the breakfast option you won’t be disappointed. Meals are prepared for when you want to eat and are wonderful.
