A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite since we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the amenities and the breakfast were not up to the Sheraton standards. The swimming pool was very old, the lights inside the swimming pool were not fixed and could provoke serious hazards. We asked for some drinking water at the pool and were told to go to the reception desk to get it. The breakfast was so so, blend vegetables and raw bacon were served.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

Service is too bad, starting from reception desk, the staff don’t even answer and just in there work, we wait for our room almost 2 hours as the cleaning staff still not clean the room, at around 5pm we get our room. The breakfast is just normal and staff don’t care about your table have some spoon or salt and pepper.. overall I think the managment don’t train staff that they are working in Sheraton, it seems a normal 3 star Chinese hotel. Bad experience , will never want go again.

The hotel itself was lovely, but there wasn’t anything nearby. If you wish to stay in the hotel, then it’s great, but we had to regularly get a taxi into town

喜來登畢竟是品牌度假酒店，服務人員的態度都很不錯，辦理入住的前台漂亮姑娘耐心有禮，有問必答，態度很好。 這酒店雖然有些年頭了，但房間還是整潔乾淨的，這點還不錯；衹是裏面免費的遊樂設施較少也相對陳舊，除了負一樓有抓娃娃、機動遊戲那片遊樂區相對人氣旺點，而酒店室外想打卡的靠近白鷺湖的無邊泳池也在維護中沒開放，可惜了，其他小童遊樂池區都是要付費的，禮堂等網上看到的打卡點也是沒人維護管理，這方面就稍差一點。 酒店外部環繞白鷺湖，風景不錯，散步走走還是挺舒服的，還有個人造的小沙灘，不大設施也不多，孩子玩一下沙還是可以的。 這次訂房是連住套餐，贈送了第二晚酒店中餐廳的粵式點心自助餐，餐單上可任選點心，足夠吃飽，點心的出品還挺好的，食材較新鮮，味道也不錯。 總體來説，對於這次休閑的家庭遊，性價比還是可以的，衹是建議酒店應該把室內外較陳舊的設施適當翻新維保一下，好好利用起來，改造成更好的打卡景點，更有利於吸引客流。

房間設施:早幾年住過，想不到現在維護還可以，浴缸🛁，淋浴水壓比較小，乾濕分離，地毯窗簾也不大塵（不知是不是環境比較好的原因），大瓶裝品牌標配備品，床幾舒服，枕頭有點軟 早餐:品種不多，在喜來登來説算比較小了，出品過得去，就是服務員有點小 wifi:基本酒店主體 床:偏軟幾舒服，就是不知為何，有點過敏 餐廳:中餐廳采悦軒在一樓，環境幾好，就是燈光有點暗，出品有點偷手，不過出品還可以，就是人手真的有點小，雖然態度不錯 衞生:總體過得去，細節可以加強（熱水壺裡面有當歸片[悠閑]） 停車:大堂外邊有露天停車，前台掃碼，也有充電樁 房間景觀:大陽台望出去，一片翠綠 位置交通:在汝湖鎮這邊，離市區大約十幾公里，就在白鷺湖裡麪 服務:總體來説可以 游泳池:有室內恆温泳池及室外，室外有無邊泳池，小童泳池，嘻水池 健身房:在室內泳池旁邊，設施面積也都可以 性價比:真的有種海灘度假酒店感覺，周邊湖光山色，空氣也不錯，對比海灘度假，價格性價比很高。

這酒店怎麼説呢，感覺像山寨的喜來登…服務完全不到位… 1.辦理入住後回房間，房卡失效，我們在門口看到服務員，服務員問:“房卡為什麼會不行？”（我怎麼知道？？） 2.酒店沒有床圍欄和小童馬桶（暫時是第一次碰到五星酒店沒床圍欄） 3.房間浴巾衹有一條，浴袍衹有一件（我訂的雙床房） 4.整個衞生間沒看到急救電話（第一次見，我還是見識不夠寬廣） 5.因為兩天連住，第二天到中午12點沒人打掃，於是掛了打掃牌子在門口，等了一會沒人來，就聯繫客房服務，要條毛巾，可能表達不好，服務員拿了兩條小的長方形毛巾，我説我需要浴巾～他説你説的毛巾，這個就是毛巾…我……我説你們沒來打擾，我房間沒浴巾了，他説兩點了還沒打掃？我幫你叫人來吧。於是我們出門游泳，四點半回房間，依舊沒服務員打掃，甚至…水都沒給我們續～最後又喊了客服服務才解決。 6.户外游泳池，沒有替換的脱鞋，更衣室沒有凳子放東西更衣，很離譜！！ 酒店環境很好，國慶節人也不多。就是服務實在是太不到位，可惜了喜來登這名字，希望能改進

這個度假酒店真是意味的驚喜！從辦理入住開始就已經有很好的體驗感。前台工作人員Mandy Wang很耐心地跟我詳細介紹酒店設施和注意事項，非常貼心。以後週末還會再來入住的，酒店的陽台美景實在讓人捨不得回家！
