When checkin hotel, I feel that they don't have enough experience for foreigners with many cases. But JK is working for the front-desk and he tried to help whenever I have some questions. He was best & best service for us. Thanks for his effort during staying for 3 days. Hotel is not busy due to no eason. Agreed that this hotel is for Instagrammable Hotels in Huizhou as Trip.com marked. Nice view. But total 3 buidings are doing construction. only one hotel is working. There is only one resturant in hotel but Chinese menu with no photo & no room service. So we went there every time during staying for 3 days. When I reviewed the website of Ctrip, it seems to be very close between hotel & beach. But it's so far to go to beach by walk even if they are serving the electric cart. There are many nails in the room insted of fixing tower hanger in bathroom, No drawing in room(just nails on bed & desk). And no handle inside shower booth. And there are many molds the end of each corner on ceiling. Also smells like mold if Airconditioner turn off. I am sure this hotel will be nice in the future when other 3 buildings open.

Friendly & helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options both western & Chinese. All the food was delicious! Rooms were spacious & tastefully decorated. Soft bath towels & robes. Ocean view rooms & great amenities. There are 3 pools and a private beach area, the hotel provides a shuttle down to the beach. Excellent service.

Terry's service is very good and clean, but it's noisy around here. Cost-effective, worth recommending. The next day's breakfast was also very good, on the whole very satisfied. The price is also very good. Recommendations

We had a wonderful time! Family consisting of 3 generations and there was something to do for everyone. We loved having the access to a photographer, delicious foreign breakfast, beautiful pools, private beach and good hospitality!

Such a beautiful hotel , service is good as well the staffs been so helpful and friendly . Terry was very helpful and always answers questions. I highly recommend it . The swimming pool is clean and have a lovely view 🌅

Nice location on the hill with a beautiful sea view. The room is spacious and we loved the balcony , just wish there was a bathtub. The pool with the amazing view and there is the access to the beach that wasn’t crowded when we were there, but you can see cows in the evening 😍 the breakfast was mostly Chinese but westerners can find something to eat too, the most important thing is that they had coffee😂 the area with other seafood restaurant is a bit far, need to go by taxi around 5-7 mins

For some reasons, the air conditioning fan too noisy, majorly impacting the sleep for 2 nights actually. If were to stay for 3rd night, would have plan to request for a room change though.

The concept and the hotel spirit are really nice on the paper but the hotel is not finished and surrounded by constructions

1.房間陽台朝向大海，雖有些許阻擋，但總體視角都非常不錯。房間可以隱約看到歲月的痕跡，但也很乾凈整潔 2.酒店環境好，一滴水圖書館和懸崖藝術館建議各位必須打卡一下，拍照絕美，建議接近夕陽時分拍照 3.酒店楹餐廳，自助餐總體品質還可以，海鮮方面感覺一般，蛤蜊花甲沙沒吐乾淨，蝦倒是挺新鮮的（不過來惠州幾次都沒吃到很好的海鮮，不是被宰就是品質一般），個人覺得唯一能吃的海鮮就是蝦了 餐廳環境不錯，晚餐時間有漂亮姐姐在現場唱歌；太陽下山後往一滴水和山路方向拍照景色絕美 4.送了旅拍5張，攝影師態度超級好，沒有因為我們沒有購買套餐冷落我們 5.服務：服務態度非常好，需要什麼幫助找管家都能解決（點名表揚周粥管家，無論是酒店房間物品的補充還是其他我們的特殊要求上都非常積極滿足，贊贊贊）
