Welcome to Summit Lodge! This updated 3+ bedroom/2 bath home is located in the historic mining town of Lead, overlooking the Kirk Canyon area. Elegantly furnished with contemporary mountain décor, the house features over 2,200 of square feet, on three levels, 3+ bedrooms include: 1 king size bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a comfortable sectional couch in the living room and a cushy leather sofa in the family room. Air mattresses are available upon request. The house can sleep 8-9 people.The house offers a chef's style kitchen made for family dinners and entertaining which includes a dining room table for 6, and a breakfast bar island.The main level of the house features: open floor plan with a wall of windows and easy access to the large deck from the kitchen and living room, recessed kitchen lights, new hickory kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, kitchen table and island. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-out slider patio door with access to the backyard.The upper level of this mountain retreat features the Master Suite with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with a view of the mountains, a private bedroom with a King size bed and a walk-thru room with two twin beds, walk-in closet, an oversized Master bath with two separate sinks, a jet tub, and a custom tiled walk-in shower.The lower level features the family room and the third bedroom with a queen size bed, and a walk-out slider patio door.
