The whole house A/C and the pool heater were just added. I had some problems with a cleaner, but my new guy is awesome. Together we have scrubbed the entire house. No need to load up the car every time you want to go to the beach, and the hassle of finding parking.The entire home interior was recently painted and Master bath renovated to be a gorgeous spa environment with jetted tub for two, large shower and dual vanity. This property is perfect for extended families with three separate suites, each with access to outdoor decks.Air conditioning in the common area of the home is set for maximum cooling to 75 degrees, with Individual air conditioners in each of the bedrooms for sleeping comfort.Strong floor plan for private time as well as large spaces for the whole family. Master Suite with one king bed, second suite with one queen bed, and a third suite with two queen beds.
