Surrounded by a beautiful garden area, you will find a private chlorine swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m and a depth ranging between 1.10 m and 2.10 m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a porch, a barbecue and several corners where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small living room and a gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with AC, heating and access to the garden, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second living room with AC and Smart TV and the rest of the bedrooms, all of them with double bed, AC and heating. In addition, two of them have en-suite bathrooms, one with hydro-massage shower and the other with normal shower and dressing room. Welcome to this wonderful house with a private 6m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.50m and an external shower. Beside it, a fantastic terrace with a barbecue, ideal to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with your loved ones. The location of the pool makes it perfect for sunbathing or enjoy the lovely mediterranean breeze in the afternoon. You can also pick up some tree fruits at the garden like loquats, oranges or lemons. The property has been refurbished and its cosy and bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three living rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room with access to a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, which serves this floor. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, two living rooms, one with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace, and a second one which retains its Mallorcan character. In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours. The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation.
