We ask people not to park in the grass or down at the river.Other things to note:This is a tobacco free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the grounds or inside buildings.We have a great deal of respect for nature and do not allow fishing or hunting on the property and firearms are not allowed on the property at any time.This is not a pet friendly home.Please do not ride bikes, skateboard, or roller skate on the tennis and basketball courts.Bath County has a 10:00pm noise ordinance.
