Location is good if you purposely want to stay in Sheung Wan.
This hotel is more of the budget kind, room is not very clean, hair everywhere on the floor & bath room.

Simple and affordable hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Room was nice and modern but certain corners at the windows were a little dirty. Room size is small as you would expect from a cheaper hotel in Hong Kong. Lifts can be a hassle during busy times, only two lifts for 30 floors of guest rooms. Overall a pleasant stay with good front desk service.

Hotel Review
This hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the MTR and tram stations, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are small, but this is typical for Hong Kong and they are adequate for a comfortable stay. The walls are a bit thin, so soundproofing is moderate—you might hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
There are only two elevators, so waiting times can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. The power outlets come with safety switches, so it’s recommended to bring a compact universal adapter. The hotel also offers free cold and hot water dispensers, as well as a coffee machine in the lobby, which is a nice convenience. There’s a small outdoor fitness area, which is a unique addition. Overall, a pleasant stay with useful amenities and a great location for getting around.

Very convenient hotel located nearby to Sheung Wan station. Reception / check in area was quite busy, but the room was a good size and quiet.
I would stay here again!

View is great! Reception was kind to accommodate my request for a good view room, and it was comfortable. Only complaint was the elevator, it went up and down nonstop that I along with others could not reach the destination floor for very long (more than 5mins), definitely need to leave early for people rushing somewhere (in my case and others on the elevator with me)

Good location. 5-7 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR. Lotsa good eating places like Sang Kee Porridge etc
Nice room with big windows. Comfortable bed & pillows. Simple breakfast but good coffee machine.

Location was great, price was reasonable compared to similar hotels.
Hotel room size was a little bit small, and the toilet glass door has a big gap and not able to locked, so be aware if you share the room with someone.
Something may can do better: the glass door of bathroom was dirty and bath towel had a hole.

It is overrated as the room is not well maintained. There are mold around the tap/sink and shower. There are two lifts to the rooms but in the morning be prepared to wait as the lifts will just bypass your level to go down to ground floor. There is a market nearby and there is unpleasant smell when exit the hotel in the morning. They provide simple breakfast in the morning and coffee/tea are available for guests throughout the day.
