Booked the room but we are trasferred to another block. maybe the same owner. we were advised to upgrade room and paid more. 100hkd for the deposit. it will be given though when check out. check in at 7pm. check out at 9am.

it not good in room

My worst hostel ever or amongst the worst, knowing that i ve been to more than 30 countries. The other ones where also in China. Sometimes, chinese could be aware of this situation and tolerates it cause they just prioritize price. But for other people, especially western clients, those conditions are totally inacceptable. Narrow, gloomy and dark dormitory, when it rains water runs down the wall, the floor is permanently wet, from time to time, a gutter smell emanates from the bathtub drain, no toilet paper, the bed sheets look 10 years old, the mattress reeks of dampness and perspiration. And there are cockroaches everywhere. The guy has the nerve to require a key deposit when he doesn't even give a key. I say to everyone, move on! This could ruin your trip. And in addition of that he is super rude. He talks **** with people.

Usual Chungking layout however the staff are the best part, also very useful you can access by stairs instead of waiting for the slow lift to hotels on higher floors.

Terrible cheated was demanded to pay HKD 100 for late even though I checked in 0015 and HKD 50 for bathroom and HKD 6 for taxes I request an investigation and refund.

This hotel is scammed . Not follow the trip.com regulation. Rude manner and ask you to pay additional not check in with rule when you go to counter that make you unnecessary trouble .

Family of 4 with toodler...mabait yung may ari, maganda yung rooms, definitely we wanna book here again soon. 🥰❤️

The dormitory bed is very dangerous choice. Because the boys and girls are mixed in one room.estimated of 8 people in 1 room.

We had a bad experience during our stay in this hostel. We payed for our stay through trip.com including the tax. However, when we checked in we were asked to pay taxes for our luggages and hot water. If we don't pay for it, they just turn it off. It's winter time so how come we can't use the heater? Moreover, the staff is not accommodating and disrespectful. I don't recommend this hostel.

Absolutely horrible. Stay away from this Hostel at all costs. The owner is also extremely greedy.

Do you enjoy being INCESSENTLY yelled at for no apparent reason, by the receptionist of your hotel? If so, then you will truly adore this hell hole. There is only one bathroom in the entire establishment and it is hardly big enough for a person to turn around it. Hot water is limited to twice per day.
