I booked my family for 4 nights, the morning front desk there is very generous because they allowed them to check in early and everything is ok, the room is not bad it is very tidy. On there 3rd night, they did not sleep in the hostel because they have an overnight trip in Macau, and they comeback to the hostel around 2:48am as their last day on the hostel and they go to their room to take some shower and fixed their things, after that they decided to go out to buy some snacks. When they comeback to the hostel around 5:00am ,suddenly they can't access their room, and they told their concern to the nightshift frontdesk. The attending frontdesk is very rude to them. And she even offered a used room to stay (the room is so messed and dirty) so they refused to accept it and who you think will stay in that kind of room. My family wants to rest to their room and asks to do something about it. And then hours past the frontdesk attendant decided to give clean room to rest but her attitude is very rude (they experience bad treatment like shouting and telling them to stay outside) in the morning 9:00am they have the repairman to open the door of our room, they finally opened our room by 12:00nn (our check out is before 11am) it's so hassle to them because they are worried about their belongings and their flight was 10pm that day. They did not enjoy the last day stay on the hostel and i was so disappointed.☹️

The room was great. It has anything I need. And location is also great. But only issue is the elevator, which is understandable that you need to line up everytime.

Maganda ung yung room kasi malaki kasya kmi 4 .2 adukt at 2 kids.inappgrade yung room nmin my bathtub pa.😊

Very dirty and small room plus got very smokey feeling for the entire room. Everything was breaking down and the entire bed had stains and was dusty. The entire building also had a lot of people chasing u around. Never coming back.

The room is smaller than showing in pictures and the service is so poor. Living 5 nights because already paid can’t refund and in 5 days just two time cleaning room and hard by requesting many times change bed sheets and pillow. Location is perfect but in room nothing at all. Never will stay again for sure.

It’s very nice and very much clean hotel. Totally new and in room all Amenities available. The most attractive for me is hotel service. Very warm and friendly welcome. I will stay again for my next visit for sure 👍

For Hong Kong is ok, but anything in China proper would be much better

Very small. Be careful of the people trying to hustle you need the entrance. Right across the road from Marks and Spencer

The expectation and the actual has got a large difference. At the same time, it is difficult to find

Service is meh. Staffs aren't friendly. It's hard to communicate since they didn't understand or speak english. Wifi is weak. Not recommended for long stay since they didn't regularly clean the room.

Very convenient and around everything that you possibly need the room was much bigger than I thought, which is very good and I like the design
