We thought from the reviews it would be very difficult to find, but it was very easy. There's an entrance next to the Circle K, where you can ask the doorman. Take the elevators on the right, which go to the 21st floor. Upon arrival, there's a phone on the door with a number to call and have the attendant come down. The room was great! Small but the bed was very comfortable and large. The bathroom was the same, everything very clean and well-maintained. Toilet paper, clean towels, and comfortable pillows were provided. We were actually surprised to see the reviews because it was great, even for two people with suitcases, you can't open them and leave everything in the way, but if you're organized, you'll be comfortable.

Good location,acceptable clean room, It hard to find the location in the first place. I have to check with google street view and show reservation document to security guy at first floor so that I can know this hostel floor number. Trips.com should put floor no. in the reservation document too.

San Nin Fai Lok ! Thank you for accommodating us on your hotel. This hotel is super approve if you are on a budget vacation. This room is good for 1 to 2 person. In case you are tall and long I can't recommend this specially if you want to be so comfortable at sensitive. But you can also book other room for your own needs and favor. Overall I will recommend this also to all my friends in the Philippines and followers who wants to visit and enjoy their vacation in hongkong. All in easy access from the hotel to mtr station plus it is near the mall and food stall event the argle or the ladies Market. The owner /staff is good and uses translator for easy communication. The hostel is very simple. Very small room. Usually there is nothing to breathe in the room. The bathroom is small. For the money for it for this room it is very very expensive. Especially for such a district.

We had a decent experience but the hostel was really difficult to find. It’s hard to locate on Google maps and it’s challenging to contact the owner since it will pass through the Trip app. However, the location is very good since it’s in Nathan Road - very accessible to bus and train stations.

The room was small and it can be difficult to get to the 21st floor. But the rest of the room was fine. They also have the adapter with 3 universal sockets, a hair dryer.

Accessible to all locations and very near to MTR. Will stay again in the future. :)

Regret to choose this hotel. Disposal tower provided only. Toilet smelly!

Good hotel with good location. Easily to go everywhere. Less than 3 minutes to walk to mtr Station. Take A21 Airport bus can reach this building.

Good location, clean, but the reception and hotel direction is not clear

It was hard to find. I had to ask the security guy. It's on 21st floor, the first elevator on the right. Then pnce you're in front of the door I didn't understand what to do, I just knocked and the cleaning lady opened. But I think you were supposed to call? But the phone was in chinese so I didn't know what to press. There should be English instructions too. Inside the room the other instructions are in English. The room is fine and clean. The bathroom has some wear and tear, obviously not new. But it's enough. However if youre a big person I don't recommend it. For just two nights it was alright, but can't imagine being there longer.

The room was enough for the count of family and location-wise, bus station in front and about 50 steps to MTR.
