Anda Venice Hostel

10/10 for location near Mestre station. 1-2 stops to Venice very convenient. A number of restaurants nearby. One Chinese restaurant next to hotel was excellent and an Italian restaurant gave huge servings on pasta and salads. We stayed on 2 different dates. For one night, we walked a distance away from hostel at night to find supermarkets and didn’t feel that safe though nothing happened. The other night all the streets were well lit with police car and policemen patrolling. When there were more tourists walking along the streets, the streets looked safer. Hotel might want to check the soap dispenser before guests checkin as there were no soap for us in the 6-bed room. Being tired from flight we did not approach the staff and used our own bathing soap.

Nice loacation Just the design of the room is a bit weird, The hair dryer and where you can wash ur face and hand is in the bedroom, só someone complain you to use it when it is a bit late. Because i must to make noise when i cry my hair of wash my face at night…

I loved my stay here! Stayed here because hotels were cheaper here in Mestre region, and this hostel was fantastic! Beds were clean, rooms were modern and well kept. I could even see sunrise from my room! Location is just 5 minutes walk from mestre station, felt super safe at the middle of the night. 10/10 exp

It is very close to the train station with convenient transportation, offers a wide variety of breakfast options, and is a very well-established hostel!

The hostel was very clean and overall quite peaceful. It wasn’t noisy or chaotic at all. There was a small party/concert on Saturday night, but it wasn’t too disturbing. Since you’re sharing the space with other people, I’d recommend bringing earplugs, especially if you’re a light sleeper. Privacy is naturally a bit limited in a hostel, but with earplugs it’s absolutely manageable. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it.

The best thing about this hostel: It’s located next to the Mestre station. However I didn’t really have a nice experience during my stay. My flight arrived at late night and my check-in time was like 11pm. The lobby was crazily loud, front desk that checked me in didn’t really give me clear info like you need to rent a towel if you do not have one, eventually I just went up the room and got down again for the towel, with an additional 6€ charge. Furthermore the room I was in was ady light off at that time. I have to be extremely quiet and handle my stuff carefully even after a 13 hours long haul flight🤦 Property should improve this by moving those with a similar arrival time into a same room to avoid this kind of problem. But overall seems like the only nice option if you’re on a low budget so hopefully the prob mentioned could be improved :/

I'll get the bad out the way.....the breakfast is very basic. But that's it, everything else is excellent. Especially price and location. 10 minute train into Venice. Cost €3 return and runs every 10 minutes. Party in the evening for those that want it too. We stayed on first floor and couldn't hear the party when going to bed early. Staff were fantastic

Super cool hotel with an amazing breakfast. There are a lot of activities and things going on.

This place is so well. The location is near the train station where can I travel anywhere else easily. There are variety of food for breakfast.
