I enjoyed my stay here. Wifi was fast, hotel was pretty close to the exhibition centre and meeting places and yet much cheaper! Only thing to improve on were the pillows. They were a bit too flat. I stacked them with 2 pillows but they ended up being a bit too high. It was a bit inconvenient that they didn’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. But I enjoyed the breakfast spread.

Great hotel,next to many tourist attractions and you can easily walk to get there.The food was okay,but enjoyed the Happy Hour on the Mezz Floor .Overall a great stay!

Great firework views, room rather new and tidy, good breakfast and overall value for money. The shower water pressure is the best in the world. Massage hair, sculp and head thorougly . The staff could have smile more and it would be perfect.

Our first time experience with Harbourview was reasonably good. We booked and stayed in a good size Executive Guest Room with a King size bed. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to move up our floors from 6-13th floor to 20/F. The checked in and out procedure were pretty straight forward. The room came with a great panoramic view of the Victoria harbour, however, the window was not very clean due to recent renovation work of the hotel building. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. Most impressive was the powerful shower jet which definitely took away our tiredness after a long day of sightseeing. Our suggestion would be adding some hangers or hooks in the bathroom for hanging the wet towels. Also, there was no proper area to put the soap around the water basin. Replacing better quality toilet roll and adding an extra one would be great. We could not complain any more as we received a huge discount when booking via Trip.com. We will consider staying at Harbourview again in the future for her great location near Wan Chai and Causeway Bay with many diverse restaurants and bars around on Hong Kong Island. It was only 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the waterfront as well as the nearest MTR (railway/Metro/Subway) stations which would allow you to explore almost all the tourist attractions in Hong Kong by the public transport network.

It was great! The location was peaceful and close to the Wan Chai Station.

Convenient for Hong Kong Convention Centre. Taking the A11 bus from the Airport.

Everything perfect . Free upgrade to higher level sea view room.

Good location, good maintenance, okay service for a motel kind of accommodations.

Close to Convention Centre with very nice Victoria Harbour View. Renovation works being carried out at Hotel during my stay & there are constant noises at daytime

Not a bad place but better AVOID STAYING there for some months. This hotel has some great advantages: 1. Good location close to Victoria harbour and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants 2. Good cleaning service 3. Good breakfast BUT 1. Small and hard bed which was called “queen size bed” we could not really sleep well 2. Moldy walls as a view and dark room, no sunlight can enter 3. And the most important: horrible noise from construction and renovation works. We didn’t know ofc, it’s not like anyone sends an email to confirm if people who made early booking are okay to stay if there renovations going on. We got to know when we were there already. There is a notice on the table saying that they’ll have reservations till end of January 2025. And that “there will be noise but what to do, sorry in advance” kind of a note. Well …. It starts from 9:20 and ends in the afternoon. It was so loud and wasn’t stopping , the drill and hammers . The drill was B A D! We were preparing for an important event and we couldn’t leave the room. I had headache the whole stay. We called and complained but never received any response. Yet we were too busy to come and start arguing about it. Just be mindful of the fact that the construction noise won’t let you rest or sleep after 9 in the morning. You know this kind of noise you won’t stay in even for free, even if they’d pay you to stay. I believe when the renovation is done won’t be an issue. But for now, please … I can’t call it a bad hotel, it’s okay. But stay there later , muuuuuch later

The price doesn’t worth! The hotels name is harbour view, but our only view was a dirty wall and other building facade. Rooms not very clean, and old stuff! Location was good.

It's a hotel where you will be given a room & bed but that's it! The location itself is not the best but ok-ish convenient but hard to find food especially if you wanna try out local food then this is not the ideal location. Service wise: there is no service at all the concierge will be looking at you when you enter the hotel lobby with your big luggage and trying to push the door coz it's not automatic door and they will do the same when you leave by just looking at you pushing the door really hard while pushing your luggage through at the same time. Overall it's a hotel with no service given.
