The environment and facilities are very good except the location of the hotel. The hotel has shuttle bus to TST. Baby friendly

The room is spacious and comfortable with a stunning view. Besides, they are very environmental friendly now by having a water refilling facility set in each floor. Apart from the beach nearby, all the restaurants and supermarkets are in a walking distance, it’s quite convenient if you are looking for somewhere to detox.

Room was nice with a lovely view of the water and a big terrace as we had one of the corner room. It wasn’t the cleanest however, with a few stains on the carpet. We went for dinner in the Lagoon and ordered the ‘Prime US Ribeye Steak’ which cost just under $400, however what came was the thinnest, toughest piece of meat. If you do stay at the hotel then I would recommend walking 10 minutes to the plaza. The restaurants there looked much nicer. For $800 it was worth the cost though, I would recommend it if you are looking for a little staycation within Hong Kong. If you are coming here from abroad, I wouldn’t recommend it as it is very far from everything.

The room is spacious but a bit of old fashioned. Also, the room’s cleanness needs to be improved. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was very clean, and was an excellent location from the airport (just 1 bus ride)! The only setback was that the room service was slow and voices from the hallway could be heard clearly when standing near or in the bathroom. Would stay here again for a short stop at Hong Kong!

This hotel is old, with walking distance to beaches, supermarkets and a dozen restaurants. Everything else needs transportation. Expect a lot of walking if you want to explore anything other than the hotel. The front desk service is ok. If you want anything done, you need to reach out to the manager. Only stay here if you want to enjoy the hotel and nearby amenities, the location is not convenient.

The hotel is tucked away from the urban area, and accessing local stores are quite far. For convenience, the lobby has a few vending machines with toiletries and snacks for guests.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It is quiet, with no noisy or malfunctioning air conditioners (as is often the case), no loud neighbors, and no screaming or crying children. The sea view is stunning. A robot promptly delivered an adapter for a European socket directly to the room after it was requested at reception. However, there are a few downsides: there are no major attractions or quality restaurants nearby (just one or two at most); the breakfast is repetitive and offers a limited selection of dishes; the pool and ground-floor restaurants were closed; and the vending machines on the first floor only accept local payment methods, with no support for international payment systems. Furthermore, when transferring to another hotel, the staff assisting with the taxi provided the wrong address. Make sure to personally confirm the destination with the driver to avoid any misunderstandings.

The hotel is located in an area with nothing around—no restaurants, malls, or attractions. The only positive aspect is the beautiful view, but that’s about it. The hotel offers limited options for breakfast, which was disappointing. The selection didn’t meet our expectations and didn’t provide much variety. The nearest bus stop is quite far from the hotel, so taking a taxi is the more practical option. However, most taxi drivers didn’t speak English, which was frustrating. We were rejected by several drivers during our sightseeing trips around Hong Kong. Given the language barrier, it wasn’t a friendly experience for those who don’t speak Chinese.

A bit dated but lovely hotel in a great area for a relax. 30 mins drive from down town would recommend the nearby plaza for meals and food/drinks. Shame the pool was closed!

very nice for family staycation, the kids enjoyed a lot! They managed to provide us a linked room with the other family in a different booking.
