Very nice stay .. a queen bed was actually a queen bed . Mind you I got upgraded to s suite .. it was very nice

Disappointed with the service of shuttle bus, the hotel doesn’t put the timetable on the website and location for pick up from west Kowloon station. So we have to take a metro train to the hotel. Unfortunately the Google map didn’t direct us very well, took the longer route to get to the hotel from the Sung Wong Toi station. Also after 6:20pm there is no shuttle bus from Kowloon hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui back to hotel. I uploaded the screenshot to timetable for anyone who wishing to stay this hotel.  The room is not spacious but this is HK. The hotel will not provide any toiletries and water. You better to bring your own shampoo, because we notice after using their shampoo we got dandruff :( The house keeper service is good, they are very polite and accommodating your time to clean the room.  We didn’t have the breakfasts at the hotel, there is lots of local pastry shops and cafe near by. Try some local bakery you won’t regret it. Also 7/11 is only 1 minute away from the hotel which is very convenient to get water and snacks.  There is a self cleaning laundry service opposite the hotel, very cheap and easy to use if you have octopus card to pay for it.

The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are clean, the service is very good, and check-in is very convenient. Hong Kong is not a big city and it is only 4 subway stops away from the core. You can use Alipay on the subway. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway station, and there are many restaurants around. It is not a downtown area, but a residential area, so the price is not very expensive. It is recommended.

The hotel is located in a nice area with a fancy mall nearby. The subway station is very close. The hotel staff are nice. And the room is big comparing to a lot of other hotels in Hong Kong. They have decorated the lobby for Christmas. So beautiful! We ordered two dinners and one breakfast from the hotel, they brought them to our room, and the food was great. The room doesn’t have any bottled water or toothbrushes. We had to buy them on our own from the hotel. The cleanness was just fine.

Room is clean and tidy. Fast check-in. You can find many restaurants nearby. Need to walk 10 minutes to the metro station.

The location is very good...near the central of city and bigger shopping mall...the transportation is very convenient...they have free shuttle bus to send hote room guest to CBD of city....the room is clean and facility good...the hotel people is nice and willing to help people...if you are hungry in the mid night...the convenient shop is good for you

The room was clean and tidy with a great view and very quiet. The location is good.

Hotel has a good value for money, staff is helpful and breakfast are is nice with good selection. Location is a bit far from the center but hotel provides free shuttle. Wifi is very bad and often disconnects. Sauna is brand new and very nice

The hotel was relatively close to the train station and there were shops around it. The hotel also has a little coffee shop and a restaurant inside. There is a nice pool area too and I had a nice view from my room. The hallways weren't very clean and the whole floor smelled like smoke but the room was clean. Staff were friendly and the reception design of the hotel was really cool!

Location was decent, not too far from SungWongToi(宋皇臺/台）Metro station. I imagine it will be even more convenient when the construction surrounding the metro station is finished. The onsite restaurant was a little expensive so we opted to walk around the area for a bite at one of the nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We forgot a power adapter and they pointed us in the right direction to purchase one down the street.(pharmacy kitty corner to 7/11 two minutes walk away) A dehumidifier is provided in the room, a nice added feature in a humid environment! We do not recommend running over night though. When the water reservoir is full it will beep loudly to alert you to empty it, disturbing your peaceful nights sleep. The room was very dark and quiet. The pool is fantastic with a shallow children’s pool, and small waterfalls emerging from the wall. My only complaint about the pool area is the logistics of giving you your towel then making you walk through a shower before entering the pool area. We draped our towels over the rail and picked them up on the other side, in order to keep them dry. Not the best design for lounging around the pool as anything you bring with you will have to pass through the small curtain-like shower of water as you enter, or else passed to someone on the other side already. Overall good value for money! Clean, convenient, classy.

Their front desk staff Bobby creating difficulties for Miss Zou and purposely trying to fooling Chinese customers 3 times by claiming that the room was not ready. She check in 1007 room key on 28 Jan at 14.30 even we know that the room was already made up at 14.28

The water tap design is very inconvenient and water tap has its shape and cut my hands. Luckily no blood. I know the CNY is busy. But we already came at 330pm to check in, but only get one room and 4 of us waiting in my room until 530pm. Waste 2 hours on waiting another room. Appreciate Desmond try very hard to get one room in same floor. Cleaning is very promptly. Breakfast is normal only

It is the first trip for Oxford Diplomat Society visiting China and Hong Kong was the first city to start. Although the location is good. The shitty cleaning problem force one of our delegate checking out in 4 hours after self cleaning. My bed shaked since it is combined by two mattresses and it was so easy to slip out. After discussion with hotel, I could have received the return of the checked out guest for 3 nights. Yet after more than one week, I have received nothing.
