Dette var, uden overdrivelse, det mest skuffende hotelophold, jeg nogensinde har oplevet – og som en, der besøger Hong Kong årligt, har jeg boet på mange. Jeg ville give det en lavere stjerne, hvis det var muligt. Jeg ville ikke engang kategorisere det som hotel. Det burde i stedet være mærket som motel. Vi valgte dette hotel baseret på dets 4-stjernede vurdering på Trip.com, idet vi forventede en vis standard af komfort og renlighed. Desværre var vores oplevelse langt fra acceptabel. Værelset var ubehageligt lille og havde en vedvarende, ubehagelig lugt – en blanding af gammel luft og kemiske rengøringsmidler. Inden for få minutter udviklede jeg kløe i halsen og vejrtrækningsbesvær, hvilket gjorde det uudholdeligt at opholde sig på værelset. Badeværelset var så trangt, at det var næsten ubrugeligt, og den generelle renlighed var alvorligt mangelfuld – plettede tæpper, beskidte vægge og en seng, der forårsagede hudirritation efter kort kontakt. Til vores forfærdelse mødte vi en anden gæst i lobbyen, som også søgte refusion efter at have opdaget væggelusbid på sine arme. Da vi anmodede om en refusion på grund af disse uacceptable forhold, afslog manageren blankt, hvilket efterlod os med intet andet valg end at betale ekstra gebyrer for at flytte til et andet hotel. Kontrasten mellem dette etablis*****t og det andet 4-stjernede hotel, vi flyttede til, var skarp. Det er dybt bekymrende, hvordan to ejendomme med samme vurdering kan variere så drastisk i kvalitet. Selvom jeg forstår, at vurderinger kan være subjektive, har denne oplevelse alvorligt rystet min tillid til Trip.coms anmeldelsessystem. Jeg håber, at både hotellet og platformen tager disse problemer alvorligt, da ingen gæst burde skulle udholde sådanne forhold. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette hotel med god samvittighed.

I booked three nights at this hotel, but after the first night I asked to cancel the remaining two nights and get a refund. My request was refused. The bed mattress was extremely hard — it felt like sleeping on a rock. The room itself was very old, outdated, and uncomfortable. This was a huge disappointment and completely ruined part of my vacation. If you value a good night’s sleep, basic comfort, or modern facilities, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

A Great Choice in a Prime Location Our stay at the Ramada Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is its biggest asset, offering incredible convenience for exploring the city. We were just a short walk away from the MTR station, making it easy to get around Hong Kong's main attractions, and the surrounding neighborhood is bustling with restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and although typical for Hong Kong, it was comfortable and well-organized. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. While we didn't use the fitness center, it's great to know that a good range of facilities are available. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s a solid, reliable choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located base to explore the vibrant city of Hong Kong. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Okay naman yung stay namin mag asawa for 3 nights. Sakto lang samin. Buti may dala kaming tabo. Wala silang complimentary na water. Pero may 7/11 naman sa baba and market place para makabuy ng water. Malapit lang sa MTR, at mga kainan. Happy naman kami. 🫰🏻

Not convinced of the 4-star rating, here’s why: CONS: - location is about 8-15 mins walk to the subway (Jordan Station) (with uphill part) - the room smells and some parts of the wall has stains (i supposed its molds but not a hundred percent sure since their covered with wall paper) - no complimentary water, no basic sanitary kits - the mugs were just laid beside the sink (unhygienic) PROS: - AC is true to its temperature - many restaurant downstairs + there’s a 7/11 Hope the management can improve and maintain their facilities so they could live by the 4-stat expectations.

The room was small and wasn't really that comfortable moving around, expensive for its price especially it didn't came with anything else like the amenities nor even water, still 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station and the exit nearest to it closes early. The view from the room is okay though. There's another branch in Central, maybe better to stay there.

Check in time is to late if we ask early they give us twin bed room which is no useful for us . They saying that if we need double bed need to wait until 2 pm .

Wonderful stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very convenient location. Highly recommended

The room is really small and dated. The sink is separate from the toilet. Booked a double bed room but was told that they do not have any rooms left and gave us a twin room and will help to move the two beds together. Each of us have a 20inch luggage and we barely have enough place to open the luggage. The slippers provided were so thin they broke when they got wet. Bed sheets with stain and hairs, no additional pillows provided. Shower area was really small that when you closed the curtain, it will kept stick to you skin during your shower, and water kept going out to the toilet area making the whole bathroom wet. The shampoo provided has a strong odour, the conditioner is not like the usual conditioner, the shower gel is still acceptable. No place except for the rack above the toilet that we can hang our clothes, just a few hooks at the corner of the bedroom. Hairdryer is provided. We were travelling for 10 days but we will be visiting Macau for a night so we had two bookings. For the first booking, we saw a cockroach on the 2nd night, so when we check in on our 2nd booking, I informed the receptionist that we do not want the same floor (23th floor) and was given another floor, and was finally given a double bed room. Double bedroom is the same size as the twin bedroom, there's a really small bathtub and it helped with the curtain as it did not stick to my skin during my shower. And the sink is placed inside the bathroom, and there's a steel with hangers at the area which was originally the sink area for twin bedroom. This bedroom layout is way much better although the room is small. The hotel is really near to Tsim Sha Tsui, walking distance, but was really hot in the Summer. There's a miniso just around the metro station. And also walking distance to my favourite dessert milk pudding at Australia Dairy Co. A thing to note, I called to ask if we could leave our luggage at the hotel overnight because we will be coming back from Macau to stay for another 4 nights, they said we could but never mentioned any charges. I thought it would be free as we are returning customers but when we were there in the concierge to place the luggage, we were told that we have to pay HKD20 per piece for overnight, I told the staff we called but did not mention anything that we have to pay, he said there will be no charges for luggage that will be collected on the same day but there will be charges for luggage for overnight. Overall, if you're just looking for a place to stay for the night, then go for it. If you're looking for a better room environment, I would suggest other hotels.

Great location easily accessible to all places, friendly staffs, clean room, only the room is quite small. Just 5mins walk to Jordan MTR station.

No water also available at hotel very unhappy with this place and no great service too
