Situated Close to Jordan MTR station and temple night market. There’s many eateries nearby too. A taxi stand is located right outside the hotel, quite convenient.

This is the third visit here, and this time I stayed on 28/F with a very nice view. Thanks for the well service and arrangement by the front office team and also duty managers. The house keeping staff is very nice also, they made my room clean.

The rooms as snuggy, but I guess majority of hotels in HK are such. It is well kept & smells fine. Staffs are accomodating, we did not catch much smiles, though. No toothpaste, no laundry bags. Language-barrier is still an issue

The hotel is just right for a couple to stay in. The room is clean daily with new towels, except that there are no hand towels or toothbrushes. The staff are ok and the location is near the bus route to and from the airport.

Room is too small we can't spread out our bags, no smell in room which is good. When you are with lugguages it seems to be far from MRT. Location is not far from Tsim Sha Tsui, we walked there every morning for breakfast. It is surrouded by many Korean restuarants.

Service is so so there was no accessories to use like tooth brush and soap and complimentary water etc etc. go one time is ok but future will change it. Staff was very good specially there was a lady not on reception other baggage counter she give me back my luggage and personlly show me how to take an airport bus with a paper map. She is so kind and I found a bus for airport with out any trouble so I really want to say thank you to her.

Due to language barrier of course sign language at times , jus check in no offers made even when trying to upgrade due to have booked standard rooms but 2 rooms should be 3 beds because of children 14 yo and 11 yo ,not helpful at all in the reception .aside from its near to anywhere like mtr, bus stn, shops all in all was ok

Very lean provision. Toothbrush/ tooth paste, water bottles etc. can be purchased at the counter or through the vending machine, citing that this is in line with the government policy, however, it would be more eco friendly to provide a water cooler. The bed is very hard, and thin. Can feel the spring underneath. Location is superb though.

Pros: The location of hotel is good. Not so far from Jordan station but also not in noisy place Everyday cleaning Friendly stuff The beautiful view Clean bedsheets and towels Cons: The smell of old furniture in the room is strong. I guess there is a high humidity as in another buildings in Hong Kong. I recommend to change the carpet and wallpapers. About couple days after I didn’t notice the smell. In general I enjoyed living there

While the hotel room was teeny tiny (something to get used to in HK), I really enjoyed the stay and the surroundings. Most importantly to me, it was clean and neat. I did not like the shower as is was so small and the shower curtain gave me the ick.
