Beautiful hotel and very conveniently located. Did not have time to visit the gym or other facilities but assume to be good. Conveniently located next to the subway, but needs to look carefully while still in the station as Google map is not correct and requires you to walk outside. Cafe restaurant was good. There is a bit of a rush hour about 1 hour after the service begins. If you can avoid that then you can enjoy the experience better.

Stayed one night with my girlfriend — the hotel is beautiful and has a great view. They surprised us with a room upgrade and birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was luxurious, breakfast was great, and staff were polite. The rooftop pool had some algae and debris, and the bathroom had a musty smell and a slanted shelf. In the second room, the bathroom felt overly spacious, which made it a bit awkward to use, and there weren’t enough bath mats. Overall, we were happy with the stay and had a memorable experience.

The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. The location is perfect, right next to the subway station and mall is just downstairs. The room is definitely outdated and no where near other 5 star hotels but the view of the harbour was beautiful. I didn’t have breakfast here because I like to eat locally when I travel, so can’t comment on that.

First time staying at Hyatt Regency, great location and accessible to the MTR! Great food in Tsim Sha Tsui!

Best location and upgrade room

Good hotel, good service, good location....all as you'd expect from Hyatt Regency. The only very minor area for improvement would be a bit of coffee making training in the restaurant and some gluten free options...but all in all a very enjoyable stay.

1. Mandarin is not welcomed here when the language was switched into English, but their pronunciation is poor. 2. Literally not recommended cuz the equipment and decoration are old. 3. This is poorest Hayatt I’ve ever lived although they provided a twin room eventually but kept me and my friend to wait for some time.

The hotel very clean and tidy, have tea and coffee, Have wardbode, have big sofa, clean bathing room Showers, the towels are clean, soap and body Lotion quite nice, make us comfortable , nice Hotel, the food are delicious🌸😻🍑 Theresa

The hotel is conveniently located near MTR, shopping mall / shops. The room is clean and new, with the necessary amenities (from my perspective, except that I was a little surprised that the hotel charged for shower cap). The staff are friendly and approachable, and helped to combine my 2 bookings that I need not change room during my stay as my booking was made through 2 different channels. The lady who handled my check in was very pleasant and patient. Last but not least, rates offered through Trip.com were very reasonable and competitive. It has been a very pleasant experience overall.

Beautiful room size and bed size for the city like HK! The facility, the service… all reach five star standard. The shower is amazing! I’m very satisfied.

Location Location Location!!! Very good location and super convenient for shopping, dining and transportation. Will be back for our next trip.
