Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui anmeldelser

The room we stayed is not good. Room full of disinfectant smell like hospital maybe even worse. Even the walls around also have unpleasant smell like living in Walled city(城寨)．Sorry no room photo to upload. I don’t want to remind again.

For me this hotel is commendable for families doing short stays in Tsim Sha Tsui. The place is accessible to MTR station and to bus stops. Also food stores are just nearby. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They clean the room everyday and replace towels, provide tissues,

The hotel was alright, a nice and quiet place to rest your head. They provided kettle and tea which was a warm touch. Thank u for a nice stay!

Clean room with breakfast,they provide slippers,coffee,tea..Location is good minutes only to MTR and Buses..

This hotel is ok not too good but it’s very value for money and good location

This hotel is actually a 2-Star. The property is dated, visible mold in the bathroom, no USB plugs or outlets to charge phone or laptop. Drinking water not provided. Only 2 towels. Travelled here for business with a coworker and we both found the hotel unfavorable. However the staff are well trained and efficient. Check in was a breeze. And the morning breakfast was sparse. But the staff again were dutiful.

I had chosen this hotel for it's location. Close to the Tsim Sha Tsui East for the companies I had to vitis It was also a perfect location for a running parkour around Victoria Harbour. Room itself is a bit old and messy but most of the time I was out anyway. Perfect for just 4 nights stay

Everyone was very unfriendly. They watched me carrying in my luggage. Mold on the doors, leaking toilet and ragged all over. The only one good were the housekeepers that tried to maintain very good the small hygiene and the concierge. Location is good but that’s already it.

The hotel did not have a USB connector, and the bed was hard but good for me to sleep. However, I couldn't sleep because the soundproofing was poorly done." it's located near Pennisula hotel.

We have a wonderful time .. location is good . Definitely, We will come back..

I like staying here but cleanliness can be improved, my room alway smell like sewer. Also, i notice their price keeps on increasing each time.

Got a free upgrade was OK. Room was dated as expected but alot larger then what I normally get. Another great short stay

The facility and location was good and in the center of the TST. But, i just want to recommend to add more power outlet, especially we occupied a 4 person room, the outlet is only 3 socket.

The location is quite far if you wanted to enjoy the nearby tourist spots in TST since it is located in the East side of Kowloon. You would be walking 10-20 minutes dependending on which route your feet would take you. As for our room, it's just right for 2 people. Its dimmed light make it look more old and small. The aircon is not working properly so might as well go to K11 to cool your self during summer before going back at night to shower and sleep coz you'll be sweating up in a fan mode only AC. The bathroom had a smell so we just washed that floor before and after use but its there again when we get back after a long day, the showers faucet is broken, although they are quick to respond when fixing it? They already have a spare as if they know that its occuring most of the time. What matters is we had a place to stay anyway. So it's up to you guys. But I love HK and better had a bed to sleep than none.
