The staffs are the best of the best. They are very well trained because they are very professional, polite and friendly. The butler service are a great experience as you can text them and request tea, which they brewed for you. I ordered them at midnight and they replied my request in no time. The room is very quiet and sound proof.

Have not seen a butler throughout my entire stay, and was not even advised of butler service during check in. Not so friendly front desk staff (a lady in glasses) advised that I needed to pay an extra $500 AUD approximately for my kid to stay in the same room with me! Otherwise amenities and cleanliness were great, attentive staff at the drawing room, breakfast was amazing.

We have stayed at St Regis for our wedding. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff was extremely helpful to help to provide us a lot of different things before the wedding day. A special thanks for the bottle of champagne in our room after the wedding day. We would come back again with a big pleasure. Great hotel. 10/10

Best hotel Butler service ever. My hotel Butler do the best customer service in the world. She did write and hand draw the thanks and welcome card to us. It is really special and touching. Everything is good and highly recommend.
