Worst guest house , the owner is very rude and no sense of talking , please not take this guest house , if you want to spoil your money then take it, worst guest house i have ever seen

Good service at the reception
Bathroom a bit too small as compared to the other rooms in the hotel but the room was comfortable though.
The location is good and it’s close to the park (Kowloon Park)

Perfect location. Friendly stuff, but they charge extra fee for cleaning service upon check in, which according to my booking I did not have to .

Very small room hardly anywhere to walk, definitely not big enough for more than 2 people max. The location was pretty central though. Was a bit run down but does the job if you need a short stay for cheap. The shower sometimes had hot water. The aircon was really strong and sometimes a bit too cold. The receptionist was friendly and let us store our bags. However cleaner knocked on our door half an hour early before check out time so we had to leave early. Overall, you get what you pay for.
