Grade Best Harbour Hotel

Nice view with spacious space. It located between exhibition center and causeway bay. There’s so many shopping area nearby.

Great location with convenient traffic, Lovely food around, and beautiful harbour view. Can do more clear for overall room environment. But will visit again for harbour view!

Amenity is not fancy but best location if you walk around WanChai and Causeway Bay area by your self.

I was astonished at how the service and facilities had deteriorated since the last time I stayed. I booked the most expensive suite again but when I arrived, I found that they had taken away the refrigerator, the sofa and the coffee table. They had left just two tiny chairs in the large living room. Worst of all, they had no proper towels. Instead, they provided disposable towels, like paper! The curtains appeared to have been fixed so that they stayed wide open and I found two inflated party balloons in the bathroom. I have never stayed in a hotel which has no refrigerator and no proper towels. I complained to the guy at reception through Google translator. He did his best to help but he was unable to anything other than to bring two old chairs into the room. I was very disappointed and embarrassed in front of my friends, who I had convinced to stay there.

Only a good view if you get the right room, the hotel doesn’t provide anything no even a small bottle of water, not a small hand soap, not a normal towel completely nothing

This Hotel, doesn’t provide any service such as towels (they have paper disposable one) shampoo, toothbrush toothpaste, slippers etc. I am Aware of environmental concerns, however a four start normally provide a solutions: like wall fixed bottles of shampoo etc. and real towels. the floor and interiors are dirty and messy. Additionally they don’t speak English but just Cantonese. This is a 2/3 star hotel. Not a four one. Photos are much different from reality.
