We booked one night at this hostel online and be aware. It's SUPER hard to find. We spend like almost an hour searching and asking people about this address before we were able to find it due to misleading geo locations on Google Maps and apple Maps. So I try to help you not experiencing the same. You need to go inside the Chungking mansion and look for elevator D, only this elevator will bring you up to the right block. Therefore you might need to wait in a Queue because there are way to many people inside this building and you need to take the correct elevator. One is made for the even numbers and one for the uneven. You need to take the even one to go to the 10th floor and search/ask for manila Hostel because it's super confusing and only barely signed out. The room itself was quite fine. Expect nothing special from such a budget option. We would visit again.

I DON'T RECOMMEND!
Arriving late in the evening, the main reason I booked this place is the airport shuttle service just to find out that IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. The place is hard to find at night as the main entrance has gates that looked like it is closed. The room has a smell so we had to keep the doors open. The shower is NOT working properly. The bed coverings are torn.

The condition is terrifying. Door lock and toilet are broken and water leaks.
Sheet and duvet were not clean and make my ichy.
Lift only has downward button, if you wanna get to upper floor, you should take stairs or get down to ground then go up.

The Manila Hostel was by far the worst Hotel of all low budget hotels in the Chungking Mansions I stayed so far. The equipment is incredibly bad. Nothing is provided. Even towels are not provided. The door to the bathroom was completely broken and there were alot of little bugs and ants on wall. After one night the light broke down. There is no drinking water supply. Even though it calls Manila Hostel it is Indian owned. It seems to me that the owner tries to save as much money as possible, this leads to terrible conditions.
But the room was at least in the 17th floor, so there was a little bit sunlight in the room.
By chance, look for different hotels in the Chungking Mansions.
