I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mondrian and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me and my family with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their attentiveness truly made me feel special. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, situated just steps away from all the tourist attractions . I loved being able to explore nearby shops and restaurants with ease. The stunning views from my room only added to the experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delightful getaway with exceptional staff and an unbeatable location!

Very good location and accessible by MTR. Spacious room (considering it is central hongkong) & Clean! Universal adapter provided.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and of a comfortable size, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from nearby stations, which made getting around easy. Overall, a good experience! One small downside was that bottled mineral water wasn’t provided, and I personally prefer not to rely on filtered tap water. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering bottled water for guests in the future.

In love with this hotel! It’s clean, and the sea view room is beautiful! All the staffs are super friendly! Location is great as it’s located in the heart of the city. Would definitely come back again!

The room is so good also the view is crazy with the price like this. The location is so convenient. The most important thing is the service is the best ! They are very helpful and the good thing about is hotel Is everyone can speak English and Chinese. Loving it.

Hands down, this is a very lovely hotel and is the most glittering gem in Kowloon. - nice and sleek interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable bed that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet and reclusive, and the modern life and vibrancy is a stone's throw away; - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful. Simply the best accommodation!

Best shower experience ever. Staff was super attentive and professional

Room was cozy and soundproof was great. Bed was so comfy. Would love to try the bigger room with sea view next round. Hopefully they can improve on check in waiting time.

Good location, close to metro and good high floor views. Staff were friendly. Tasty in room dining. However, they need to install a lip on the shower ledge because the shower water overflows the bathroom floor due to the design of the shower door.

New hotel in a very good location. Right in the center but yet away from the busy street of Nathan  Appreciated that we got upgrade to ocean view. The view of this hotel from top floor is amazing.

We were excited to try out this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. From the moment we arrived, the front desk experience felt off, the staff member assisting us was difficult to understand and didn’t have the most welcoming attitude. For a hotel that positions itself as high-end and comes with a premium price, the lack of warmth and professionalism was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the view from our room on the 31st floor was amazing. However, the shower was a major issue, as water wasn’t draining properly, and within a minute, we were standing in a pool of water. We reported it, and while someone came to “fix” it, the improvement only lasted one shower before the problem returned. We had originally booked one night with the intention of extending our stay if satisfied, but due to the overall lackluster experience and unresolved maintenance issue, we chose to check out and find accommodations elsewhere.
