Our stay at this hotel was incredible! We spent New Year's in Hong Kong and stayed in the City View Family Suite. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for three people. The location is unbeatable on a quiet residential street that's perfect for exploring the city. It's just a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a tram right on the same street that takes you directly to the Peak Tram.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the team kindly stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Mostly satisfied. Good.
Itemd need to improve are:
1) Air cond system need to improve. Feel dry. Temp difficult to control.
2) light switches wording not easy to read. Especially wake up in the dark can't find the right button. Should have soft back lited.
3) Mirror cabinet door behind WC like secret compartment. Should be labelled with towel etc for easy to find.

I had a great stay at Stellar, a neat little hotel that perfectly balances convenience and comfort. The rooms are tidy and well-organized, making the most of the space without feeling cramped. It’s located close to MTR, which makes exploring the city super easy. Overall, if you’re looking for a compact and convenient place for a short stay this is not a bad spot.

Location wise its not bad, the room was clean however the room we were allocated had a strong sewage smell from both toilet and pantry sink in the living room.
Staff was not helpful at all.

The nearest MTR station is North Point, but there is still a fair bit of distance. It is right next to the street vendors and local businesses so tourists who are looking to have a taste of local life would find this location perfect.
Hotel is very clean and new.
Staff are courteous and friendly.
There is an onsite restaurant if memory serves, but I didn't make use of it so I couldn't comment on the quality.
Room is just as pictured but might be smaller than expected. Despite the size, there's a washing machine which makes it convenient if you're staying for a longer time. There is everything you need in the room.
Would recommend to long term guests who are looking to experience local life but with a tighter budget.

Terrible hotel and overpriced. I expect clean room for this price. The sheets were dirty and the rooms feel cramped and are too small when you have a suitcase. It feels more like a 3-star hotel instead of 4-stars. Location is also not good, metro is quite far away and the touristy spots are also far away. Please stay in the city centre across this river and choose an an international hotel chain.
