we are a group of 3 friends. Pros: - the beds were comfy and the pillows are good, they didnt give us stiff necks. - the location was perfect too! it is literally a few steps away from TST train station exit D2. - strong and reliable wifi connection - the inside of the room was clean but the building/the hallway going to the room, not so much. - the AC was cold and the comforter kept us warm - the service was really good! someone went to the room to deliver the towels and the bath and shower gel just after i sent a request via WhatsApp. Cons: - the surrounding area is kinda ghetto. - the bathroom it was too cramped - one step, you're in the half-sized bath tub, one step and youre on the toilet seat. also, the sink cannot fit 2 hands. haha - i hope they change the wallpapers because they're already disintegrating. -i hope they can also clean the duvet because if you check the linens, they are clean on the outside but you can see stains on the inside (duvet) as you "raise" the comforter as you get on the bed.

I wasn't able to check-in due to missing my train (given, that's not the hotel's fault), so I made a cancellation request on Trip, BUT the hotel refused to reimburse me, even partially. Then, I made a request to at least change my stay dates through Trip, and the hotel yet again denied my request. Also, I couldn't contact them through Trip (making phone calls is inconvenient for me). All in all, I felt like nothing was made to accommodate the guests, so although I haven't actually stayed at this hotel, I felt compelled to leave a review. I would be fine if they at least tried to find a compromise with me. Hopefully this is a mistake that can be fixed. I'll be sure to edit my review once it's done. Thank you in advance.

Location is really good and the front desk is helpful but u cannot expect much about the cleanliness and the room size coz this is in HK, with this price is reasonable

This is a great place to stay in Mirador Mansion. Great for a price. Easy access and clean.

Everything was okay. Accomodation is near tourist the tourist spots and the staffs are very friendly.

It was a great location, every tourist attraction was super close by. Really recommend for short stays
