Best place to visit

Service was good. Staff helped me get my door unlocked upon arrival. Room was very clean and updated. Weren’t much in amenities but I was only there to spend a night and after a long day of traveling this room was just fine for me. Disappointed in the “breakfast” that was supposed to be included. The staff said it was because of Covid but other places I have stayed have lifted restrictions to serving a breakfast. All they had was a table blocking the entrance to the dining area with bottles of water and a pre-packaged sweet roll (that was very tasty). I didn’t expect a gourmet meal, but was looking forward to a bowl of cereal and some orange juice before I headed off for a full day of traveling.

Disgusting! Very run down hall smelled of smoke when we got in our room there were bugs crawling everywhere! We literally walked in then turned around and git a refund. Would never stay here! Elevator barely worked and building run down. I wish I had photos b Ut I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I fell in the bath due to mobility issues. The overnight front desk clerk, Tameka, was able to pick me up and get me out of the tub. She certainly didn't have to do that. She is our hero for saving our vacation. Otherwise we would have turned around and gone home

We lived and didn’t get robbed, those were the positives. Building looks half way to condemned, beds small and uncomfortable. Everything is dirty. Lots of foot traffic in the area, cops were already circling the parking lot when we pulled up. The lock on the back door lets anyone and everyone in.

The room was dirty and the carpet completely gross to step on. Sheets seemed clean, but the security lock on the door was missing and the room smelled of a lot of smoke. For the price way over valued. Would have been bad at half the price. Never coming back.

Front desk clerk was horrible. Nasty attitude. Only 1 towel in room. I had 2 rooms (one for my mother and stepfather and one for my fiancée and me) my step father went to desk to get them more towels and desk gave him 3 but refused to give me any. Fiancé got some from her. Room was ok extremely dusty and floor needed vacuuming.

The breakfast was a honeybun and a bottle of water, with no place to sit and eat even that. The pool was closed, the carpet was torn and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. I had trouble getting the keycard to work. Also, there was no phone in the room so the only way of contacting the front desk was to call the regular business line on my cellphone, or else walk downstairs to the office.

The rooms are just barely clean, the carpet is dirty, the linen that was left in the room was not clean. The set up of the room is nice. But the up keep is terrible. Can tell that it used to be a nice hotel. The elevator sounds and feels like it's going to fall apart, the inspection has expired on the elevator.

This hotel is very dirty. The pool isn’t even open. There is trash in the hallways that smells horrible! The rooms had dust & trash on the floor. There was a blood stain left on the pillow. They don’t speak this place enough.

This place is filthy, carpets turn your feet black, smelled awful in the hallways, the room smelled like old fish. Cigarette burn in the bedspread. The bed was comfortable though, the only good thing. Bathroom was remodeled, but no safety bars in shower, drain backed up where you were standing in 3” of water. The grounds were horrendous, garbage thrown around, food wrappers and containers, actual food dumped where you were to walk you pets. (Spaghetti etc. ) No one in housekeeping could speak English. Do not stay here, awful experience.

We have used this as an adequate, inexpensive, easy to access hotel. But wow, have things changed. Poor upkeep. Tiny towels, not even enough pillows for bed. Phone out of order. Very worn bed and linens. Carpet and rooms in bad shape. Notjing updated. It was truely the worst hotel stay in about 20 years. The only breakfast was water (no coffee) and packaged dainish. I am actually surprised choice hotels allows them to operate under their name. The towels were tiny. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were already used. Just not a place to stay if you can help it.
