The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming people, always willing to help in anyway they can. The really made our stay in Hoi A great. The rooms were spacious and not too warm, with a nice en suite. The hotel is 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the old town via taxi so was a perfect location for both. If I was to come back, I’d definitely book this hotel again. For the price it was a bargain Thank you

Eating could be higher but I experienced quite a few concerns: - bed had long wam's hair on the cover (cleaning crew) - Crew diaries me, even walked into the room, asked if I needed cleaning on the checkout day, makes no sense) - Breakfast buffet only served luke warm coffee, food selection substandard, bit mo e fruits - phone to reception from room defective - Surroundings and street sorry and unkept Loan bole was defective, should be checked daily Overall, property has great potential to fix these problems; Service level overall was of high quality, helpful and responsive. -

We booked this hotel in Hoi An for a quiet stay, and while the location was peaceful, the experience was frustrating. The internet was terrible—despite a strong signal, speeds were barely 2 Mbps, making it impossible to work. Since I needed internet, the staff showed us other rooms, but they were much noisier. We made the mistake of switching rooms, and it was a disaster. For four nights, we barely slept—kids ran around, doors slammed constantly, and a water pump above our room turned on and off all night. We were exhausted and spent our days frustrated. The only highlight was the breakfast—easily one of the best we had in Vietnam. The staff were also super friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the TV was outdated, and the noise made it impossible to rest. Good value for money, but if you need peace and quiet, this is not the place. We were just relieved to leave. They have a gym but it was i useable and super dirty

Absolutely lovely resort. Sweet lady at the reception, great breakfast with range selection. The only downside is location, you have to walk around 40 minutes to get to the old town or beach

I had a great stay and liked the fact it was a quiet location 1.5 k from Hoi An, which was too crowded and noisy. The resort was beautifully yet simply furnished, in a modern vietnamese style. The TV in the bedroom worked, which was great because there were times I just wanted to rest in bed , having a back condition. Especially after being in town which could be exhausting. The breakfast was multi choices, beautifully laid out and at a lovely venue behind the resort. Finally, the girls at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. I remember Kim's name, but there were 2 other equally lovely and respectful girls helping at reception. The cleaners were thorough, and the room was made up daily and was clean and pleasant with coffee sachets and biscuits replaced daily. Just little things and details which made my stay more pleasant. I would recommend this resort, which was budget friendly but also classy in an uderstated way. I hope to return there in the future on my next visit to Vietnam.

We journeyed through Vietnam from South to North and stayed in many high-end hotels, but none can compare to the Nature Resort in Hoi An. As soon as our car pulled up, the staff warmly welcomed us, took care of our luggage, and efficiently handled our check-in. The service was outstanding, with polite and friendly staff members. I particularly remember Trang, Hang, and Chau for their exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staffs are amazing. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is buffet and plenty of good and fresh food every day.

It’s a little but out of the way when going to the city, more on the outskirts and the neighbourhood where it was located is not ideal, feels a little too much in the sticks. Maybe better for families. The pool was a bit of a letdown as it is in a completely different resort that you have to go to if you want to use it. I also got a little annoyed as someone stole my umbrella in the hallway and the staff said they would message me but nobody did so I lost an umbrella that I had bought a couple of days before.

Nature Resort was great! The staff was so helpful and kind to us during our stay, I would definitely stay here again!

Очень приятное тихое место для отдыха. Чистый номер со свежим ремонтом. Горячая э́вода в душе. Приветливый персонал. Телевизор 20 каналов, русских нет, англоязычный один. Завтрак, шведский стол, отличный, вкусный и разнообразный. До центра города километра 3. Можно бесплатно взять велосипеды напрокат. Рекомендую!

L'hotel è a circa 3 km dalla città vecchia di Hoi An. La prima impressione sono le stanze che odorano di chiuso e umidità. La dotazione delle stanze è buona e la biancheria pulita. La pulizia è giornaliera con cambio asciugamani. Lo staff è gentilissimo e premuroso pronto ad aiutarti sempre con il sorriso. La colazione è buona anche se improntata ai gusti asiatici. La piscina non è nella stessa sede ma si raggiunge con la loro navetta. Una nota particolarmente carina è stato il regalo di una confezione con una rosa di seta per la festa della donna.
