Owner Tommy and his wife are such a nice couple. Tommy gives good advice for trips around Tam Coc and speaks very good English. His wife Lily prepares tasteful breakfast. The homestay has a beautiful garden and is in the center of Tam Coc. Rooftop view is amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.

The owners of this homestay, Tommy and Lily are aome of the nicest people you will ever meet. The homestay itself is clean, quiet and in a very central location. Comfortable bed and strong AC. Well priced and recommended.

What a wonderful homestay; it feels like home! The room was perfect: big enough, clean, with a great view and a balcony. And the bathroom has a separated shower (you don't wet all the ground when having a shower).Moreover (and maybe the most important), the owners are very welcoming and helpful (and they cook delicious breakfast!).

This lovely, comfortable homestay has a beautifully maintained, clean, and cozy room. The hosts, Tommy and Lily, go above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and thoughtful recommendations for the best nearby restaurants and attractions. Their attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

Esperienza molto positiva. Il gestore e sua moglie sono adorabili. Pronti ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. E’ stato molto utile per pianificare il nostro viaggio, darci consigli e ha pensato lui a prenotare i nostri trasferimenti per proseguire la nostra vacanza. Anche se il check in era alle 14 e’ stato pronto a prepararci una camera già alle 6 di mattina dopo averci offerto un caffè e un succo fresco, con una piccola sovrattassa ci siamo potuti sistemare e riposare bene. Le camere sono pulite e molto spaziose. Il bagno perfetto! Consigliato alla grande.

Замечательный семейный уютный отель, которым владеет милая вьетнамская пара Томми и Лили. Они свободно говорят по английски, очень гостеприимны и делают все для удобства гостей. Томми предоставил нам карту с достопримечательностями, где описал, сколько по времени займет посещение каждой из них, посоветовал, где поесть и где взять байк. Завтрак можно было выбрать заранее вечером по меню из предложенного списка, завтрак был вкусный и сытный, кофе вкусный. Также у нас был отдельны запрос на трансфер в Дананг на следующий день и Томми нашел нам автобус, забронировал для нас места и даже отвез нас на автовокзал, когда автобус приехал! Просто высшая степень заботы о гостях!!!))) спасибо большое Томми и Лили за такое приятное пребывание в Ниньбинь!

We absolutely loved our time in Tam Coc Moment Homestay and wished we had longer to stay. The homestay is the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in Vietnam. The room is a great size with TV, fridge and aircon that all worked well. We also had our own little balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The homestay has the most amazing views of mountains from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning to your order. It was wonderful and tasty. Filling for days adventure. Convenient location near all great bars and restaurants but off the main road so quiet in your room. The owners, Tommy and Lily, were beautiful. They are so kind and helpful. They can help you organise tours and transport. Both speak English very, very well. Free bikes to use at hotel when available. Would highly recommend Tam Coc Moment Homestay.

If you want an English speaking host who will organise all you trips, transport etc then stay with local guide Tommy Pham and his lovely wife and 2 kids and get treated like family!... The homestay is on the quiet side of the lake yet only minutes away from all the best bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and quiet with ceiling fans and icy aircon for a perfect nights sleep🥰.. You MUST book Tommy's guided motorbike tour where local riders take you along quiet country trails to little known locations with amazing views... And he will book bag trips as well to ask the best local attractions complete with English speaking guide..And the prices are ridiculously cheap😁... Thanks Tommy for a wonderful stress holiday in Ninh Binh 🥰

Tommy the host is a wonderful man, he’s honest and humble and genuinely wants to help you. He waited for us at 04:00 am when we arrived from the sleeper bus and allowed us to check in early with a small charge. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent aircon, which is important in the hot climate of tam coc. All the room facilities were in great condition, and we even had a balcony. Breakfast was a regular breakfast for cheap hotels in Vietnam. Tommy and his wife really made us feel at home, answered every question we had with great English and a smile, I would definitely recommend! Oh, and they have express laundry service as well!

The best place to stay for first time visitors to the area. As a boutique hotel it is great; comfortable and perfectly located and with a lovely breakfast. We took some of Tommy’s excellent tours and it made sense to stay here, but everything was even better than we imagined. Tommy made our plans stress free and his suggestions were perfect, from restaurant reservations to advice about onward travel.

Tommy and Lien were fabulous hosts. They were warm and welcoming. The room was clean, very comfortable and excellent shower. Breakfast was perfect for our needs, cooked by Lien. Location is in a lovely area in Tam coc and we had use of 2 bikes to explore the area. We also booked 2 tours with Tommy who provided an excellent guide and driver. We would highly recommend Tommy’s Homestay and tours.
