Booked here but when we arrived we were told there was an issue with our room and we were to be transferred to their sister ( Centro) hotel.this was located further away from where we were going and although the room was larger it lacked a shower, having a spa bath instead. The time it would take to fill it and get ready in time made it impractical. Breakfast was ok but the stàff kinda rushed you.

The falsely advertises. The pools tiny. They said Sauna Inc but once your booked in they ask for a fee. The breakfast is the worst I've had in Vietnam. They left scraps for us to eat and struggled to fill up the bamerins. Used stale cake / bread from previous days.The food was cold and the staff were constantly coughing over food. I needed to extend my stay by one day, they bumped the price up by 15 GDP and charged me 7. 50 gdp for the breakfast. Don't use this hotel. There are so many better ones around. I've stayed in amazing hotels with rhe best food and great pools etc.

Roseland Sweet Hotel in Ho Chi Minh is the best place to stay cause it's so close to all tourist attractions in the city. Suee and Andy are so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel for your stay in HCMC. Fantastic location in district 1 close to a really good range of restaurants and bars. Also an easy walk to the central tourist sights, we didn’t catch a taxi once. Room is a good size, clean and secure. Rooftop pool and bar for your chilli out time at end of a hot day. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend.

Rin and Andy very friendly, as was the manager. Was given a free small room upgrade. Other guests were a bit noisy sadly, and some pipeworks by our walls meant some loud noises at times, but comfortable room. Hi-tech toilets with bidet, bathtub, high pressure shower, new and clean bedding, mini fridge etc. All in all, a happy stay

I appreciated the clean, comfortable room and great location in the city. I was very disappointed by the pathetic stamp size excuse of a pool which is the main reason that we chose the hotel. Kind of ironic that a photo is used for their main profile. My room which was on the second floor and did not have any natural light because the window was covered by a high wall. I booked with Trip.com and this info was hidden in the small print, also was confusing to book the breakfast option, I paid the same as my friend and she got breakfast included but I didn't and her room was on the 9th floor. Her initial room was on the 6th floor but it stunk and reaked as though something had died. The staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating and moved her immediately. They charged me extra for breakfast (even though breakfast was supposed to be included for 2 people for my friend's room). The breakfast isn't very good so we opted to visit the great restaurants in the neighbourhood. If you are looking for a clean comfortable room in a great location of Ho Chi Minh CIty, I recommend The Roseland Sweet Hotel. Make sure you visit the amazing French restaurant The Refinery and fabulous coffee shop/cooking class called Hoa Tuc Cooking, located in a quaint court yard just around the corner.

The hotel is awesome！！one of the most wonderful things happened in Ho chi Min City! The room is large and the price is reasonable! The location is very convenient just near the most popular places in the city, such as coffee apartment and the theater. But the most memorable thing about this hotel is the service. I appreciate Mike and SUEE for his service and chinese service, also thanks to Wy and Rin Highly recommend this hotel to everyone seek for a place to stay in Ho chi min

First night when we arrive and checked in late at night, both Kevin and Mike welcomed us with big smiles, friendly atttitude. Whenever we have queries, we approached Kevin and Mike and they are always ready to answer with very friendly tone and approachable. We have been to ho chi minh a lot of times and this is the first time we are impressed with the hotel staff. Both Kevin and Mike are defintely assets to the hotel company. Please recognise their effort and keep up the very good work. Overall, the hotel has nice breakfast, room are clean and cosy and location and facilities are fantastic. We will definitely return to stay again!
