One of the best hotel in hatyai especially if you bring kids. even the location not exactly in the mid of town, still easy access to greenway market & central festival via grab. pool & kids club are very nice. will repeat again soon.

Room is new and clean… But the toilet n bathing door alignment is kinda not in place. So when closing the door will need to extra careful or it will make a loud sound. Floor is kinda wet when it is outside and kinda slippery. Staff is die fly but their English understanding is kinda limited.. so speak with patience or use google translate

Having a good stay overall. Quite a new hotel so the facilities were tip top condition. Hotel expansion in progress. So far not give me any trouble with the construction noise. Hotel location a bit outskirt but for me reasonable. If you opt for a peaceful not hectic location. Sure will be one of my options if I come to Hatyai again. 🙏

Located in a serene area with lush greenery, it offers well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and beautiful views. The resort’s standout feature is its large swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and tropical landscaping, creating a resort-like vibe. Dining options at the on-site restaurant are excellent, serving both local and international dishes with fresh ingredients. Staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its peaceful atmosphere and quality facilities, Richmann Resort offers excellent value for a relaxing getaway.

Luxurious resort stay in town village area. Affordable stay at luxurious accommodation. Quite difficult to get there if by driving as small roads.

The room is spacious and the king size bed is bigger compared to normal king size bed. Adding extra bed is worthwhile as it comes with free breakfast. Definitely will stay again

Everything was good, except the breakfast place is too small! Breakfast time 7am-10am, we reached there 8am+, it's full house. It only has around 10 tables or less. We queue and waited for 40 mins in order to get in, so we have limited breakfast time. 😭 First ever had this kind of experience in hotel stay. Food option is limited but taste is good. Other than that, room is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel but hope they can improve the breakfast place to accommodate more guests. 1 last thing, I love it that the room come with international socket + usb direct charging port, no adapter needed. 👍

Suitable for these who have their own transport as the hotel location is not at central of the city . The hotel is great in terms of value and service is good as well

The location is not easy to get. Front office service is friendly and helpful especially Ms. Mo. Our rooms aircond not cold even we change the new room. The hotel pool is a bit small. Breakfast is not many choices, the Siam tea, Cappuccino is too sweet but unfortunately the staff cannot change it.

The Hotel is so beautiful and well maintained. First day our toilet kinda clogged and the water didn’t subside fast enough when we are showering. I report it to the management and it was resolved almost immediately. We go out for the day and come back in the evening, no more clogged drain. Good job! 👏🏼 The location quite far from the famous night market area but it is nice to be far from the town. The best hotel to hangout chill & healing. I will definitely come back!

Relaxing and good vibes. Comfortable stay especially family trip with kids. Good food and well served hotel meals and drinks. Friendly and good hotel crew. Easy access by Grab car, basically most main Hatyai town, visitation, famous F&B areas within 2-3 km radius.
