It is a hotel located in the city center. The hotel is clean. The reception staff is friendly, provides excellent service, is lovely, and helps carry luggage. I am very impressed with my stay this time.

Although the hotel room is small, it has everything you need, well equipped and high-class, and the service is very attentive, the location is very convenient to go everywhere, there is a convenience shop next to the hotel, they are provided self laundry cleaning，i like their xiaomi hairdryer make my hair very smooth and beauty. They has served tea, coffee, snacks and everyday items like：Warm packs, eye masks, makeup remover bags, ginger tea, honey, macarons biscuit, candy, jelly throughout the day. The hotel corridor is brightly lit. We are very happy to stay here and thank you for your hospitality and service and I will come back.

We had a very comfortable stay at Yuefeng hotel. Staff were friendly and were keen to provide great service. As we’re a family with 3 children, I had booked two rooms and requested in the booking that if possible they be on the same floor. We were really pleased. When checking in, without us having to ask, not only did they arranged for us to have rooms next to each other, they gave us a free upgrade to allow that to happen. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is very conveniently located. Zhongyang Street metro station Exit 1 is opposite the hotel. This allowed us to easily travel to the hotel via the metro from Harbin West Railway Station and commute to Ice and Snow World and the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo. ‘Ice and Snow World’ and ‘Sun Island’ metro stations are respectively 3 and 2 stops away on the same line (line 2). Zhongyang pedestrian Street and Saint Sophia’s church are also a short stroll away.

Pros: - Great staff & service especially with luggages - Check-in was smooth with offerings of snacks and drinks at lobby area - Super convenient location (Right opposite metro) - 5 mins walk to mid part of Zhongyang Street - Room is spacious (Family Room) - Well decorated with kids in mind (fancy med bedsheets with a small tent) Cons: - Room only comes with 1 chair which makes it harder to have space to eat delivery food - Breakfast selection is kinda limited but decent with more of local varieties than international - Entrance with a flight of stairs which may not be convenient to all, especially with heavy luggages or with accessibility needs. Overall (Summary) - Great value for money accommodation which focused on being not too far from main attractions and being super accessible to metro. Plenty of food options around. Hotel with great potential and much too love. Will surely stay again should I be back. Cheers.

The hotel was well located, only a few minutes to the Central Avenue. The service was really good. We had to go out early morning one day and the hotel packed some light breakfast for us to take to the train station. Love the friendliness of the staff.

Located by the roadside - walking distance to Zhongyang Street. Good free serving of hot tea at receptionist area 24/7. Room is clean and good however smoking smell which is not comfortable for me as non smoker. Non-smoking floor requested nevertheless, didn't pay much attention as we were out exploring for the entire day and back only to sleep. Reserve early to get good room price !

Booked this hotel for an extended stay after joining a tour to Mohe (漠河), Artic Village (北极村), Hulunbuir Grassland (呼伦贝尔大草原). The hotel is strategically located near the Zhongyang Street metro station on line 2 (地铁2号线中央街站) and the popular Zhongyang Street (中央大街). The room is clean, cozy and comfortable with good sound-proofing windows. Staffs are friendly. Free-flow of light snacks and beverages are available in front of the reception counter.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Yue Feng Hotel and we have to say that we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and professional service from the staff. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is also very well-maintained. They upgraded the rooms for us which are spacious and comfortable. But what really sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are truly exceptional. They are always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that guests are happy. They were always willing to help us with anything we needed, and they always did it with a smile. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
