Very local and peaceful. Near to the huge westlake. Perfect for a morning walk. Hotel staff are very accommodating, attentive and polite. Home away from home. Perfect

Solo traveller here. I stayed here as a digital nomad for a couple of days, just to see Hanoi. I think this is a good location for seeing the sites, as its within a reasonable bike ride from all the major sites in downtown. There are plenty of shops all around, and reception is very responsive and friendly. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with a modern look. And the wifi works great. Thanks for a cozy stay!

Always stay here when in Hanoi. It's good value, clean, the front desk is friendly and helpful. Been here half a dozen times and always satisfied. Just outside are convenience stores, a pharmacy, coffee shops and it's a short walk from West Lake

The counter is located 2 buildings to the left from the actual apartment, but the apartment itself is serviced very well, there’s hot water as well with a small kitchen, fridge and cabinet, with a dressing table

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They helped us with the cruise booking to Halong Bay. They helped us with various queries via whatsapp throughout the trip.
