Amazing location. Its not in the hustle and bustle of the city but also 3 minutes away by scooter or car. Very nice cafes also nearby for some breakfast on the side of the road. Hanoi is a vibe.

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed, few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming to visitors. We would highly recommend this Hotel.

They are really nice and they helped me a lot with setting a PCR testing. Great stuff and attention! They rooms are quite comfy and clean

Sehr gutes Hotel zu einem guten Preis mit einer Top Lage. Frühstück hat nicht viel Auswahl, war dafür aber gut.

房間不大，但很乾凈，也很安靜。早餐不錯，有好吃的越南粉。特別推薦咖啡，非常有點驚艷。服務員很nice。

A reasonable hotel, near the lake and away from crowded downtown Hanoi. The room was a bit small but adequate and had all the facilities expected. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. Service good, laundry service especially good. There were plenty of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Very good vale for money.

Incredibly sweet staff amazingly beautiful room. Extremely clean & large (801). Special thanks to Tat thank for assisting me with extra touches to make my stay comfortable. & Special thx to Jason for suggesting early check-in without Question as he could see i was jet lagged. Breakfast was sufficient as a vegetarian but ok. Thx Du & everyone!

Absolutely best and very clean small hotel just a few minutes from Haon Kien Lake (two blocks). The hotel is not located at the noisy French Quarter, but can be reached by walking in less than 15 minutes. If you come from airport using airport bus,then stop in front of Melia hotel and the hotel is just one block from the bus stop, and it is also the same way back to airport. The staffs in this hotel are fabulous,very kind and helpful and they keep my luggage while I am at Sapa for three days. The rooms is bright,clean and neat. The bathroom is a wow, all amenities are provided. The room has free coffee,tea and kettle. There is a free water dispencer in lobby,so just bring your bottle. The breakfast is freshly cooked, very delicious and complete. Surrounding the hotel is easy to find restaurants and minimarket. Walking to the lake is very easy flat walk. Absolutely will stay again. Very nice experience and feel safe.
