Thanks Juleen, Cris, Xiong, Tony, especially Juleen's service. 5 stars services. Kind & Helpful. The quality of pillows and bed are really nice. Facilities simple but clean. No much local food choice around this street, but have 2 pho shop nearby hotel. Opposite the Westlake.

My first time to Vietnam and i've got great experiences and really happy to found this hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, gave the best services for customer, also warm and make us comforted. They are also fluent in english, so make it easy to interactions. The location is easy to find and surrounding by modern and traditional culinary. The breakfast is good with asian and western food. The SPA from the hotel is one of the best spa i've ever tried. Recommend!. I can't wait to come again to Hanoi, Vietnam and I should stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel near westlake. The staff were outstanding, especially Tony and Chris, who helped me organise a bike, some tours and had great suggestions for local attractions. I booked a lake view room which had an amazing sunrise each morning and was totally worth it. Although you are not in the old quarter, it only takes about 10 minutes to get there by bike (either your own or using Grab) so you are close to that area to explore as you please. It is also a lot quieter by Westlake, and there are many lovely cafes and restaurants around. This hotel doesn't actually have a spa, and there is also no restaurant, so be mindful of this if you want those things they have another property nearby that does have them (this location is new). Lots of places to grab breakfast nearby! Overall I am very happy with my stay!

The location was nice and calm, the staff and checkin process was really nice. However the hotel is full of mosquitos. Was bitten a few times. However if you have inspect repellant and looking for a safe affordable stay I highly recommend it. Otherwise stay in their other properties because this one is bare bones.

The Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa was a good choice for our trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. The location was central as it was just a stone’s throw from some really awesome convenient stores, pubs and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 days during our trip. The room was clean and very spacious. Our room was cleaned and restocked with supplies daily. We did have some issues with the wifi and accessing Netflix and YouTube on the TV but those were minor inconveniences as we spent most of the trip exploring the great outdoors. If you’re looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Hanoi, I would highly recommended the Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa. The front desk clerks were so hospitable and helpful and they were also able to communicate in English.

The hotel is situated at Westlake, relatively quiet if you compare to staying at old quarters. Room is clean and spacious and very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Juleen. She had been very helpful and informative with all my enquiries, places I want to go and food I want to try. She speaks very good English and Chinese, I'm very surprised with this. Overall a very satisfied and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is great! I was living here 10 days, and I’m really glad that I got here. The reception administration are the most helpful and kind persons, they helped me in any situation I’ve had a problem with, their service is like a 5 stars hotel to be honest, they always help you to open the door, they help you to load and unload your baggage, they give you water and some snacks when you are sitting at the first floor, they are very polite and professional. They are trying to help you any time you need it. They have a room service and cleaning every day. They always informed me about any important issues or news. The y all speak English very well and some of them can speak in other languages also. The room were clean and comfortable, the bed is huge. Conditioner works well. The room smells amazing after cleaning. I recommend this place 100%

A clean hotel worth staying in, and the location is excellent. The tranquility in this place is great. Above all, there are high-class reception staff who have given me a lot. I thank them as big as the sky. I will be back soon. Thank you, juleenn.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the lake so location suited me but maybe not for everyone. It’s the second time I stayed here because the price is also good. There are a few places to eat close by but mostly western places.

Stayed here for a night with a friend. I chose the no window room, it’s good to sleep in and affordable. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are also very hospitable. 👍🏻
