We had a fantastic trip and the hotel was in the perfect location within walking distance to lots of amenities and shops. The people we met were very friendly. The hotel is PERFECT for a family stay - there was a modern kitchenette (cooker/oven, fridge freezer, rice cooker, pots, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses and cutlery) washer/dryer on the balcony with AC in the front room and bedrooms. Lots of storage space throughout the apartment, lovely bathrooms, the beds were very comfortable. It’s like a home from home. Every 3 days, the apartment was cleaned and the staff were super friendly and helpful, we didn’t want to leave😂. Would definitely go back again and would HIGHLY recommend. Book your stay NOW!

Very comfortable place to stay. Cheap and big space, has 2 bed rooms like Airbnb style. Also has washing machine and dryer within ur own room. Super convivnent. Walking distance to WinMart convince store. Room has a small kitchen area and an oven too. And a big fridge. Has TV for YouTube. Floor is abit dirty, if u don’t mind. The rest is ok. Had a good sleep.

In the recent stay, it was found the room was not doing full cleaning as it found leftover food in the fridge, rubbish bin with rubbish. Compare to previous staying experience, the cleaning maintance is getting weaker, the sink start spreading bad smell, utensil with visible water stain, and all stainless steel like sink tap, shower head with obious water stain mark.

The hotel is good and newly built. The room isn’t too big, but it is more or less enough for two families. We would like to come back again, but there were several issues that need to be improved: when we arrived, there was no knife, not enough towels, only a few forks and spoons, and no cups for drinking tea—just glasses. It would be great to have a microwave oven and a frying pan if there is a cooking stove. No one comes to clean the room until you check out. We wanted to stay longer and booked a room; they allowed us to stay in the same room, and the cleaner came to clean the room and change the towels. We had to stay for one more night, and we were allowed to check into another room earlier. Thanks for that! One more thing to mention is that there’s a school right next to the hotel and in the morning it could be a little noisy. Oh, and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom, would be great to fix it. But overall thanks a lot.

Too happy to find this lovely apartment. On purpose to stay slightly away from old quarter, and this area Quang An at West Lake (Tay Ho) is super ideal. Nice neighbourhood, our apartment rooms faces the lake. Easy walk around the hotel, and just short walks away there are local restaurants, nice modern cafes (good remote working spots), quality local and western coffee (and tea). It's also just 10 mins walk to the Syrene where WinMart supermarket. What's best is the hotel's customer service - very helpful staff, well communicated and answer all queries via WhatsApp, very professional! Our apartment and rooms were exactly like the photos on website, very new facilities, very clean - we are a little OCD with cleanliness but had zero complaint of this apartment. Totally giving our highest recommendations to any travellers to book and live here. I did fair bit of comparisons and think that this hotel's prices were really reasonable low and really well worthy!

Good value and great location in the heart of West Lake, Hanoi. Clean and spacious and fully furnished with all amenities. Would happily stay again.

3일 동안 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 위치가 서호 주변이라 다른 곳에 비해 조용합니다. 방도 넓고 침대도 크고 좋습니다. 숙소에서 올드쿼터까지 택시비가 대략 7만동 정도 나옵니다. 직원들의 응대도 좋았습니다. 수건이나 생수는 요청하면 갈아줍니다. 숙소 주변 맛집과 미용실도 좋았습니다.
