Out room was very clean, very big and feels just like getting a new apartment. However not many amenities were available at the time. No golf, Spa, etc

It was a really bad experience with balcony covered by wall and even changed room after on the first night, there is blockage too. It was so noisy start from in the morning 7am onwards, many people walking around and construction is going on too. Bang bang bang all the time in the morning. The door just too low quality that won’t block any sound from outside. Hotel told me to wait and change room. I waited from 1040 till 1315 with 8 calls to rush them but none responded. Until I am leaving and cancel the night, then they start to arrange change room. But I have left for Pullman. So angry. Ruin my sleep and morning! I will never be here again! Such a disappointment.

good place to stay fast easy.

Our 40sqm. Superior Room is all new, clean and very well-maintained. Complete with all appliances like washing machine, induction stove, a fridge, tv. Bed feels new and sheets are so clean that is so comfty. With well-crafted cabinets for all our wardrobes and storage for our luggages. This apartel is surrounded with restaurants, minimarts-just a walking distance. Staff are so friendly and accomodating, speaks clear English and always ready to serve. Things to improve: kindly provide clear instructions on how to locate the hotel when booking a Grab from the airport. This apartel is tucked away inside the main street of Tô Ngọc Vân in Tây Hồ so via Grab it is easier to just alight at Al Fresco's To Ngoc Van and contact the hotel from there for assistance. Overall, our stay here is a pleasant one with our highest recommendation! Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the ambience, and food is seriously amazing. Service was outstanding, and the staff personnel- receptionist, housekeeping and the waitress are very hospitable and nice to us. They’re very hands-on regarding the cleanliness of the hotel especially the room facilities and refilling the necessities of the client. Amazing hotel in Hanoi, highly recommended and convenient for family and group of friends who wants to travel and having staycation in hanoi Vietnam. Nice location nearest to old quarters and some tourist spots in Hanoi. Warm hospitality, decent behavior of staffs and pleasant environment as well. Cleaning and other services are really nice and excellent. Overall superb management and food served here is delicious. We enjoyed a lot and we probably prefer to choose this hotel when we visit again in hanoi. We highly recommended this amazing hotel, there’s completely staycation hotel because of the appliances and good ambiance. Completely 5star to rate this hotel, we’re very satisfied and also comfy for staying in this hotel.

Very friendly staff, the hotel room is exactly as advertised and easy to get to.

Nice hotel with great service. Smooth check-in and check-out. In the room, there is one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Very clean. Kitchen utensils, microwave, washing machine, stove, fridge, and AC are provided. The hotel is located 15-20 minutes by taxi from the Old Quarter, around a lot of cafes and restaurants. However, in our case, it is not a pick-up point for most of the day tours (such as Ha Long Bay, Nin Binh, etc.). You need to travel to the meeting point yourself, unless you decide to choose the tour options provided by the hotel.

Westlake Pearl Hotel experienced I booked at Westlake Pearl Hotel for me and my friends to stay in Hanoi, Vietnam on one of a booking app/agent. Until the day before my booking date that I knew I booked already, I noticed that I booked wrong date, I saw my wrong booking of June 9-10, instead of July 9-10, 2024. Suddenly I had anxiety, I tried to solve it with the booking agent I used but there is another payment. So I called the Westlake Pearl Hotel, I spoke to one of their staff Tony he helped me to inform his hotel manager and ask for approval, and their manager approved immediately to use my wrong booking date on the date it should be. Im so grateful to all of them. They are polite and accommodating. I also highly recommend their Hotel as it is clean, accessible by grab/car and good for friends and family to stay as it is spacious, you can also cook, reheat food and do laundry as they have complete appliances inside the room with 2 bedrooms. I love their shower gel, shampoo and liquid hand soap it was so fragrant. We also had free breakfast. We felt at home that day/night of our stay there. Once again thank you so much Weatlake Pearl Hotel for accommodating us without hustle.

I would give it a bit more stars as the front desk stuff were very helpful. But man, the moment we opened the door, the room is filled with toilet, urine smells and overtime there are sewage smell that comes out from toilet as well. I had to head out and buy a scented candle to cover the smell. The room has a lot of mosquito and bugs, I killed 4 mosquitoes and few small flies when we entered. For the price you are paying, the rooms are big, comes with fridge, washing machine, simple conductor cooker, wifi was slow in one of the bedroom. Overall if you are bringing kids for hygiene reasons, i would rather spend more to get a better hotel. This is more like a mid-low end service apartment. If they fix the smell of the hotel and the room, I think it’s still worth its price. Oh yes, and the renovation others mention started around 9am. So yeah if you want to sleep in late, better not to stay here for the time being.

Extended my stay, very good place to stay, Value for money

The room is clean and nice. The hotel staff is helpful. However, breakfast is a bit boring.

This hotel is a good value for money hotel. It is also recommended for families, couples, and those who come alone. The hotel staff are very friendly. We always provide our customers with family-like service. It’s not like a 5-star hotel ^^

Hotel on the main road down the slope. 1.2 kms form Westlake tourist area. Many cafes, restaurants on the way to Westlake from the hotel.

The location is okay but the environment and cleanses of the Room is fair. there is smell from the air conditioner. and also it is very noisy as my room near the restaurant. Which make me a bit disturb from next door of customers come in for dinning.
