It’s one of the best hotel that I have stayed in HangZhou with great advance Smart technology, 小杜小杜that help to voice control the lightings. There is robots for the room service delivery. everything is new and has a huge balcony in my room. Just on and off has the noise from the flight but we are being w with the ear plug. great accommodation for me to catch the early flight. hotel has free shuttle bus to airport.

The quality of the facilities are very good. The staff is very friendly and can answer many questions and sugest places to go and things to do. If you do not speak basic Chinese, then use the translator in wechat to communincate and ask questions, and the reception will respond very fast. I will definitely come back here again. No need for a raxi from the airport and back, because they have a shuttle. Love the automatic curtains and lightning mood options.

Unfortunately does not come with free breakfast. They provide airport shuttle service for free though. As the hotel is next to the airport, it gets noisy and is difficult to have a good rest. Hotel is clean and gave complimentary drinks such as Sprite Coke and Tea. The staffare professional, but not friendly. Check in process was slow. Overall, is a good pick near the airport for convenience, but not for good service and environment. The toilet was near transparent, was awkward going to the toilet and sitting on the toilet bowl knowing my partner can see me through the glass.

Clean spacious rooms, very comfortable bed with a soft and a medium pillow. Appreciate the free shuttle bus to and from from airport. Although 2+ km from airport and my room facing runway, the sound proofing is fantastic. Had a good nite sleep despite many airplanes landing. Definitely a great value for price.

It is close to the airport that is why I booked the room. To avoid morning traffic . Room is clean .

Hotel floor had some hair that was not clean off when I first checked in. Overall very basic, good for a quick stay when transiting.

so good hotel , i recommend it to anyone who s coming right from the airport, the service is one of the best i have had this far in china and the room is clean and cozy , also the bed is so comfortable

Hotel room no aircon,is stuffy. Open window but is very noisy since it’s facing roadside. Couldn’t really rest well.

The only thing can mention that the location is nearby airport. The rest of the service quite bad and not helpful also. Cannot order the delivery food because doesn’t have local number and requested staff help us to order the food and we will pay to it also. Still cannot help to order the food. Only can advise that please check in on morning cannot check in at night, cos you will very hungry and nothing can eat.

When booking a room, I had to stay in Hangzhou for eleven hours for a connecting flight. his hotel is very close to the airport and comes with free pick-up and drop-off services。飞机比预期早降陆，我们在拿了托运行李后就在询问机场工作人员后就往接机的门口等。八点四十分已经拿好行李，约了接机是九点正。在九点前在汽车接人处等候。看着一辆辆别家酒店接客车经过都停下来一分钟左右（汽车只准许停留不超过三分钟）。九点正看到嘉虹酒店的接客车经过，它行驶在隔一条马路上，缓缓的走，我在马路的这边看到，发现它完全没有停下，招手司机也没看见，结果车走了。我估计它应该会转个圈回来，结果五分钟、十分钟、二十分钟过去了都没再见酒店车。于是就只好截出租车。想不到出租车拒载，理由是太近了。九点三十分又见酒店的车经过，它依然是缓慢行驶，完全不停下望望，我们招手都看不见。最后只好再截出租车，这回问出租车多少钱才肯载，结果开价三十人民币。没有办法之下只好上车。（注：我们是外国人，注冊不到国内电话，国外电话不能打出去）我觉得这样的接客方式真是太大问题了，太差、太令人失望了。

The hotel is clean, new and well presented. Although its a transit hotel so there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby which is understandable. But at least the hotel should provide something for the guest because we cannot even have a coffee or some snacks. But overall, the staffs are nice and friendly.
