Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely decor, awesome shower and plugs everywhere so I'm powered up easily. Easy check in and check out process, always with a smile. My go to hotel in Hangzhou

Nice decoration, but the room facilities are old, not smart toilet. Then the bathroom design is not reasonable, the water in the shower will flow out, causing my child to fall out of the bath, but the head did not touch, but the foot was slipped a wound, there is a wound missing a piece of meat, call the front desk, ask for iodine and band-aids, the result is called the robot to send, two wounds, only gave a band-aid, without any humanistic care. When checking out, he asked if the iodine had been left in the room in case we took it? No pattern at all.

Best Hotel in LinPing. Service, cleanliness and the rooms are perfect. Nothing to complain. No problems with handling the check-in and registration for foreign guests.

Awesome hotel. Very luxurious. Great value for money. Even has a playground to take the young ones too. The swimming pool was great. We loved the variety on the breakfast!

Excellent stay. Fantastic service from all staff, particular thanks to Iris Chen at the reception. Rooms were good size, comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and good quality. R-Bar was excellent, great service and nice environment. Great gym and pool. Would recommend to stay here.

第一次來這裡有點驚艷！整體酒店風格很華麗，是一貫萬麗的風格。房間乾淨簡潔，使用體驗很好，功能人性化不復雜。有穿衣落地鏡子，洗手間乾濕分離且非常寬敞，房間佈局也很舒適明亮。尤其check- in的服務很好～

地段價位最高的酒店，到了之後沒仔細檢查，晚上睡覺的時候鼻炎一直打噴嚏，然後才發現床單上全部都是這樣子黑色的絨毛灰塵，這裏要説酒店服務還可以的，提出這個問題後，值班經理馬上上來解決了，送了空氣凈化器，還小吧枱免了一瓶飲料，但是老酒店設備真的特別老，馬桶是會前後擺動的，水龍頭的水漬也很重，但是我自己拿了牙刷牙膏擦了一下就沒有了，想説這個地段最高的酒店，衞生環境是這樣的，很失望，早知道去住温德姆了，希望能做出整改！
