We had a great experience in this establishment. The staff was really great and the service in general perfect. They were very attentive to our needs. The room was clean and large. The hotel is very well placed and the owners came to pick us up and moved us into the park to help us. We even had the right to a small private visit! I have no negative points. I want  to thank them for this wonderful moment between authenticity and comfort.   Thank you very much, I can only highly recommend it. 

I don’t even know where to begin… everything about this hotel was wonderful. A huge thank you to the staff ( who fyi are so friendly and helpful with many of the staff able to speak English ). Hangzhou is beautiful and one of the iconic more peaceful locations to stay in is the XiXi wetlands. The hotel was stunning and so great for a four star could be mistaken for a five star easily. You ideally would need a car but I didn’t mind ordering DiDi’s also the staff can drop you to a metro station where you are connected to the rest of Hangzhou. I really loved my stay and a huge thank you again to the amazing staff they really made my stay a memorable one 🫶

We were welcomed with a smile and fruit in our room. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was big and clean. The bathroom had a shower, bathtub and two sinks. Excellent location in the heart of Xixi wetland with restaurants, coffee shops, boat rides, etc nearby.

The layout of the hotel is very clean and elegant. The geographical location is very convenient, with a free parking lot. The breakfast was very delicious and the handsome young man at the front desk provided excellent and thoughtful service. They helped us upgrade our room for free. We will check in again in the future.

As a seasoned traveler in the hotel industry, I can say without hesitation that the service provided by this hotel is really excellent! Every employee is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They not only made me feel at home, but also met all my needs and exceeded my expectations in service. Whether it's front desk reception or room service, every communication reflects the hotel's attention and attention to guests. Moreover, the hotel's facilities and environment are also very elegant, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

出差到杭州，客户剛好在西溪旁邊，就選了這裏，價格不高，符合公司差旅標準。 房間挺乾淨的，大窗户看出去就像一幅畫。 早餐簡單但品質不錯。 春天的早上在西溪裏跑一圈，完美。

圖一是湖景房，前面停了員工的電瓶車，這也是湖景的一部份嗎？圖二是商務大床房，牆上一大條的裂縫。以及早餐説8點，8點並沒有準備好。煮的粥從鍋裏噗出來，搞的地上都是。早餐説自助來着，長者跑去想再拿個東西，又説一人衹能拿一個。後來理解了一下，自助僅指自己動手搞吃的，但不能多吃。體驗很一般。可以理解這個老宅修葺的難度，但這不能構成影響消費者體驗的理由。希望店家可以退我點錢，不然有點欺詐消費者嫌疑。

彷彿住進西溪畫卷中的民宿，各方面都超出預期。 距離氦氣球非常近，步行5分鐘就到了，值得一坐，在空中把西溪濕地的美景一覽無餘。 民宿的地理位置也很完美，距離慢生活街區、各種餐廳都很近，吃飯很便利，有種鬧中取靜的幽靜感。 這家民宿是我見過服務最好的沒有之一，無論幾點小哥都會把你送到園區門口。甚至跨年凌晨2點回來，小哥還會詢問要不要去接我們，擔心我們的安全。感受到了濃濃的人情味，必須給完美的服務點贊！ 非常推薦「藝術湖景房」，你將會擁有一扇綠意盎然的窗户。冬日的午後拉開窗簾，綠意躍入眼簾，真的心情很好。感覺在這裏吸收到了屬於大自然的能量！ 房間設計很有調性，冬天入住一點也不冷，兼顧了美觀性和入住的舒適度。在院子裏圍爐煮茶看着天色漸暗，院子很有古韻。在這裏度過了很美好的元旦時光，Cozy season is here, and I’ m loving every second🩵🩵

位於濕地景區內，酒店有接送，視野不錯，就是這個時節有點冷。房間挺滿意的，進屋加暖氣，衞生間也不小，有附贈早餐，住着還不錯。長廊有很多書，看到了以前專業課上的《古代漢語》😂

很多明星來住過這家店 很低調 之前都沒看到宣傳有講 環境很好 自然生態環境 服務很好 早餐九宮格夠吃不錯 好看 設施：不錯 衞生：好 環境：極佳 服務：上品

環境很好有一個很大的書吧 很多書 都挺不錯的 桂花這個季節居然還開着 問了管家這個是四季桂 一年四季經常不定時開 蠻驚喜的 下次有機會再來住。

過年和家人來看花燈 酒店位置太好了 就在西溪濕地景區內 出門就可以看花燈 買了個燈 小朋友玩的很開心 出門都是小吃餐廳 過了個熱鬧的年

感謝店家給升級！服務很貼心，非常冷的晚上抵達，房間空調已經開好，暖到心裏。酒店位置非常好，在西溪比較中間的位置，到主幹道福堤、河渚街、濕地公園深潭口檢票口都很近很方便，出行的話可聯繫店家到北門接送，南門據説白天衹出不進。在小庭院裏圍爐煮茶很愜意，天氣暖和的話還可以漢服旗袍體驗，有機會還來！

酒店地理位置非常優越，離主要景點步行 早餐好精緻，服務也很輕切 免費停車哦 缺點就是花灑出水有點小，空調一般 性價比非常高
