great, brand new hotel, v clean room, everything so nice recommend

This is a relatively new hotel that was opened in 2024, located near Qilou Old Street (10 mins away by car). Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. Pros: 1. The room is modern and big enough to put 1 big luggage on the floor and 1 medium size luggage. The bed is comfy with 1 memory pillow and 1 soft pillow. The toilet and shower are separated, which is good. The curtain has cool features (at the push of a button, it will close the curtains automatically). 2. The front desk staff are friendly. The housekeeper is good at helping clean our room and friendly too. 3. Breakfast has a good spread with Chinese and Western food options. Cons: 1. Location – the hotel is situated at the entrance of the flyovers and a turn to another main road, so most Didi drivers would often miss the turn up to drop off point in front of the hotel and just stop at the roadside (on the pathway with lots of motorbikes which is dangerous) to fetch us. I would suggest the hotel put up a lited signboard just before the entrance to the hotel to help direct taxi drivers to come up to the front door. 2. Air conditioning does not seem to work. I have set the temperature to cool or windy mode at 20 deg but still, it felt hot. 3. We did not realize that the window was opened by the staff, and only noticed when we were woken up by the drilling noise from construction nearby.

Very very enjoyable stay. Great service and good breakfast selection. Rooms are clean although there seems to be some smoking smell inside the room and at the corridor towards the lift. The free washer and dryer facility was a big plus point and very much appreciated. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Mark was awesome and patient, location is pretty convenient to visit Haikou’s attractions. Breakfast is international, food is decent and edible too. Worth to get up early for the breakfast. Check-in/extension takes a while though. Facilities is fine, with gym and standard fixture of laundry room as with most China hotels. Gym has a yoga area, with more than basic treadmill and dumbbells only, having a functional trainer available too.

Perfect hotel, good location and easy to find. The hotel staff are very friendly, plus a few of them can speak English, which made things a bit easier for a laowai like us. We love our room as it gave us a full glimpse of the beautiful sea just about 300m away. In addition, the booking comes with breakfast for two, and the restaurant have got varieties of food items on offer; different Chinese and Western cuisines. We will sure book the hotel the next time we need to book a hotel in Haikou. Thank you, Hampton, for your hospitality, see you again another time.

Our family have a pleasant stay at this sparkling new hotel (18Sep to 20Sep). We booked the triple beds & double beds room type, the room is spacious with bed that is very comfortable. Good amenities like cable-less handphone charging, availability of the laundry machines (washer & dryer) at the 1st floor (free of charge) really a great help for family travel with elderly & kids👍🏻. The hotel have good spread of breakfast with choices for western or chinese. We have a good times here. Tq🙏🏻

+: Nice lobby, good view from the window. Good choice of dishes for breakfast. - : There was no iron and ironing board in the room. The window does not open, so it is impossible to air the room. The air conditioner does not perform its function, does not cool at all, the room was terribly stuffy. No closet or luggage space. Long stay questionable

Just newly opened during the stay so a lot of facilities and amenities are not really ready yet. Slight renovation still going on for some parts of the hotel so was a little noisy

Very clean and tidy. The place is new and well renovated with good space and brightness. A lovely place to stay.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the room was not only clean and spacious but also equipped with great amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night, and the delicious breakfast made the stay even more memorable. Plus, the free use of the washing and drying machines for laundry was a convenient bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable.

酒店設施很新，洗衣房和健身房都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，卧具很舒適，開窗可見世紀大橋，離海邊雲洞圖書館很近，早餐豐富，基本滿足不同需求。前台Kristen服務態度特別好，還給我們房間升級，讓人感到賓至如歸，強烈推薦！下次再來還會住這！

酒店不錯，有健身房洗衣房，還有商務打印使用電腦，房間有人工學習和辦公桌很方便，環境優美，附近有萬綠園和雲洞圖書館，sissie服務很好，想去買水果還給我們介紹了南北水果市場，大堂還有免費的歡迎飲品還有曲奇餅乾
