Our Palmetto Bluff home is set up to be easy to use for a family, a multi-generational visit, or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds on the first floor each has a private bath and direct access to the rear screen porch. The first floor also features a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, half bath, and a great room with a gas log fireplace. This area serves as the primary living and dining space.The rear screen porch is set up with a seating area and a dining table. The Front porch has a seating area, bistro table, and swing-style daybed. Just off our kitchen, there is a side door that leads to a grill area that has a natural gas Weber genesis grill. The second floor features a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, 1 full (shared) bath that has a separate tub and shower. There is also a small sitting room with doors that can be a great little getaway space, office set up, or a place for kids, this is a perfect spot for a pack-n-play for any little ones that need a place to rest. Please note that while our cottage does sleep up to 10 people our rates are based on an 8-person occupancy. Additional guest fees apply for guests beyond the initial 8 people. If choosing amenity access, there will be a $25/night administration fee that will be invoiced to guests through VRBO.
