De bedste hoteller med fitnesscentre i Warsawa

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

Hvis hotellet kalder sig 5-stjernet bliver anmeldelsen også derefter. Hotellet er ikke i nærheden af de mange 5-stjernet hoteller vi har besøgt. Morgenmaden er af meget dårlig kvalitet og ikke hjemmelavet. Club lounge var fin nok men du kan ikke få morgenmad her. Der er stillet lidt sodavand, kaffe, the og småkager. Til aften mellem kl. 6-8 er der vin, lidt spiritus, øl en varm ret og småretter. Personalet i club-loungen er serviceminded og flinke. Vi kunne ikke få late-check out, hvilket altid er muligt på et 5-stjernet hotel og det her er ikke et hotel der er fuldt booket. Placering er udenfor centrum og ikke attraktiv. Vi kom lige fra et ophold på Intercontinental Warsaw og det kan slet ikke sammenlignes. 3 stjerner er det maksimale der kan gives. Jeg har været i Warsaw 5 gange, men det bliver ikke til et genbesøg hos Regent Warsaw hotel.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏

Perfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!

Here We Go Again,Repeat Business Is Best Business, This must Be my 5/6 time at mercure grand warsaw, The Moment you waik in you are warmly greeted by wonderful staff, Hotel is impeccable,Rooms are as always exceptionaly clean, Mercure grand definitely should get gold award for best breakfast in warsaw, They even have champagne for breakfast, Wide choices of great tasting food, Location is the the best ,The street has many restaurants & Bars & extremely safe neighbourhood, Thank you to Joanna ( guest manager)for taking good care of her guests,

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
