De bedste hoteller med fitnesscentre i Birmingham

"Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared."

"Located within the city centre. A few minutes to the Christmas Market so we managed to get back there twice. Also, it’s very near to Bullring, New Street Station, Metro and Grand Central. There are also loads of restaurants around. Clean room, no odd smell anywhere, spacious and well- lit. Air-con and TV worked well. Has a fridge and microwave. The kitchen is well-equipped including kitchen towel and dish soap. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets and pillows were clean and smelled fresh. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were helpful. It was a lovely stay. 👍💗"

"We arrived very early and were greeted by a lovely receptionist, she was able to give us immediate access to our room. A lovely modern room, with two double beds and all amenities. Although, we went out for dinner, we did have breakfast. The food was good with lots of options and we had lovely service from a Hungarian waitress, sadly I didn’t get her name. We had a late checkout, just in time to get our train home. The hotel is convenient for all downtown shopping and other amenities, a very short walk from The Mailbox, lots of restaurants and shops, also the Bullring and Grand Central station. I’d highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice hotel, stayed here couple of times ,clean from top to bottom, nice view from my room, will book it again"

"Great location. Adequate sound proofing. The breakfast is varied though a bit busy, but that’s expected. At peak breakfast time and check out only one elevator was working and it was a nightmare - especially if you had to go down with suitcases. The only negative is that the shower was super clogged."

"The room is spacious especially if you have luggage to open. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. You can ask for some essentials if you forgot yours, available at the reception. The staff were nice and accommodating."
