"The rooms are spacious, clean, and silent. All staff is very kind and helpful. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times during my sightseeing tours in Yushu Prefecture, and when I returned, I received an upgrade (a larger room and breakfast). When I first arrived in Yushu, I had some altitude sickness, and one night, the oxygen wasn't working. At midnight, I contacted the front desk, and they fixed the problem in half an hour. Truly efficient service. Thank you for making my trip so pleasant and comfortable!"
