"I would like to share my experience at this hotel are clean, we manged to get free upgrade to suite. The location is very convenient for accessing various tourist attractions. Directly across the street, you'll find ramen, Subway, Burger King, and several other dining options. It's just a 5-minute walk to Government Street and a shopping mall. The hotel offers a complimentary premium coffee and hot chocolate maker for guests. Although breakfast is not included, you can enjoy delicious meals at The Ruby, a well-rated restaurant conveniently situated next to the lobby. If you plan to cook, the nearest grocery Supermart, located 1.2 km away. The Prime of Whale booking site is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. From Hotel to Swartz bay ferries terminal bus ride is 1hr, avoid 430pm to 6pm may takes up to 90mins to reach. The butchart garden is about 45mins bus ride from our hotel bus stop 180m away from our hotel. The Fisherman’s Wharf Marina is approximately a 20-minute walk away, allowing you to take plenty of photos along the way."

"Fairmont seems to be a luxurious five star hotel. Nevertheless it’s a bit over-expected. The room is very small, and the toilet can only be used by one single person each time, which is very inconvenient if you go with young kids. High tea quality is unexpectedly low, the environment is good but the staff are not enough. The food is simply not delicate for such a renowned five star restaurant."

"The Accent Inns Victoria is a MUST STAY! A friend and I arrived last night for one night as we had a friend having surgery at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Amanda at check in was so awesome. She was friendly, fast and so helpful with all of my questions and even gave me an extra duck! Our room was immaculate, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable. Extra pillows in the closet was a definite bonus! The location from the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the lobby is awesome because they have a coffee machine and tea so you can fill your to go mugs and be on your way! Bin 4 burger is attached so grabbing a bite and drink was so convenient. 10/10-I would recommend this motel to anyone and look forward to staying there again!"

"由於是夏天炎熱季節去遊玩的，沒有注意到網站沒有說明旅館是沒有房間內冷卻空調，房間204內🈶️一台小的電扇，窗外無法打開通風。入宿二晚，拿房間時旅館人員告知旅館已無空房無發換其他房間，連絡trip.com客服也不能解決換旅館問題，第一晚無法好好休息。晚上的值班小姐有同理心，告訴我旅館並沒有客滿，直到隔天旅館人員通知經理才更換房間，無西曬，有通風。旅館人員很推薦👍🏼讓我的維多利亞之旅變得完美。夏天不推薦沒有空調的旅館，也建議網站要說明沒有空調。"

"1.Maid needs to tell them to clean the room , should have handing tag 2. The Water is not so strong and get hot quite slow , especially , especially basin 3 lift is quite old and bump 4. Front desk people are wonderful service"
