The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

I always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

Comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to using the public bus from the airport: a stop just a couple of minutes away. Beds comfortable. What I liked was that the coffee maker could be used to heat water so I was able to make tea.

Great stay at Best Western Plus Suites Downtown! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

Dette er anden gang, jeg bookede dette hotel ophold den første gang marts sidste år uden online booking, så jeg bookede gennem t gennem dette år januar 30 til februar 3rd, jeg bookede dette hotel, fordi det var god service den første gang jeg bookede her Og jeg havde begge gange haft god service. Hotellet er en god beliggenhed, da det har busservice til centrum og sydcentret, der stopper på chinook #10 & 15 + den røde linje til somerset og Toscana med let overførsel til den anden lrt blå linje til stolby og 69th vest. Jeg brugte kun mit hotel til at slappe af og sove andre, da jeg udforskede og besøgte familie og venner.Forreste skrivebord og rengøringspersonale var fantastisk 👏.Næste gang jeg tog ferie til Calgary forventer en reservation fra denne fyr for en tredje gang.
