Ethan Zhou at the reception was truly helpful and upgraded me to a suite, which was really fantastic as it gave room for my kids to roam and also provided segregation when I needed space to work alone without the disturbance of my children. He was keen to assist when he realised that I was with my kids without my wife and offered to make my stay incredibly comfortable. Service with a grand smile

Clean, convenient place, good service

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Good location very convenient near airport

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Great stay. Receptionist was kind and professional and made check in very smooth and easy. Classy enviornment and professional staff everywhere. By far the best hotel experience in Guiyang for me.

1. 這次入住體驗超棒！從踏入酒店的那一刻，禮賓部小展熱情的迎接，帶我們去前台迅速辦好入住，服務貼心。房間乾淨整潔，設施新且齊全，床品舒適到一覺睡到大天亮。酒店的早餐豐富多樣，味道也不錯。周邊交通便利，下次還選這兒！ 2. 必須給這家酒店點贊！環境優雅安靜，裝修風格很有格調。房間的智能化設施太驚艷，操作便捷。健身房器材全，能滿足鍛鍊需求。工作人員服務周到，主動幫忙規劃出行，體驗感拉滿。 3. 酒店位置絕佳，出門就是景點和商業街 ，酒店門口的民生路小吃一條街超讚！其他吃喝玩樂也超方便。房間空間寬敞，採光好，視野也很棒。酒店的餐飲水平高，特色菜令人回味無窮。整體性價比超高，強烈推薦！

酒店是有點年數了，但保養的不錯，住50樓，電梯很快就到，沒有不舒服感，服務員服務周到，由於沒有包含早餐 ，在酒店的周圍都是飯店，不愁沒有吃的，走幾步路就到，甲秀樓隔一條馬路，走10分鐘左右。房間看出去的城市景觀還不錯，這是是陰天。有一天晚餐在店裡吃，價格有點高但量和味道不錯，特別是蛋炒飯美味，粒粒都是黃金色。最喜歡的是浴缸，一路旅途疲勞，泡個澡睡個好覺，真的很重要。

酒店地理位置好，服務設施一流，周邊餐飲很方便，入住時前台給升級了房型，在50層可俯瞰甲秀樓附近城市景觀，夜景燈光更美，房間內配備智能馬桶、淋浴水流特別舒服，適合緩解旅途疲勞，酒店的麪包房好吃，自製果仁巧克力特別喜歡，來貴陽必選酒店。

從到達酒店前台辦理入住就備感親切，前台有個戴眼鏡的小夥子，服務特別熱情周到，給我們介紹了很多美食，超有耐心！還給我們升級了行政樓層，特別感謝！下次到貴陽還會選擇凱賓斯基！
