24hr friendly & accomodating frontdesk, strong aircond, strong water pressure, good projector & program collection.fifteen mins walk distance frm CJC statioon.

Simply the best hotel I’ve stayed at in GZ, and that includes Shangri-la, Sofitel etc.

Good enough for a few night stays.eating shops and minimart nearby.

Room is big and spacious and clean . Wi Fi is strong and there's a fridge. Location wise it's 7 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station ( CHEN'S ACADEMY) and 10 minutes walk to LIWAN LAKE where there's plenty of good food. Last but not least receptionist ( forgot to ask her name) small size young girl is very helpful. Our room bathroom water outlet was stuck and happened that maintenance guy was on emergency leave, she tried her best to clear the blockage. Finally it was cleared and tqs her for doing a great job.

Location is good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Worth for the price and will stay again

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep. It’s the best choice ever. Staff were friendly and they helped me to print my boarding pass. They cleaned my room every day and were very accommodating. I saw a staff spent time with helping a guest who lost his phone in the street. Very heart warming. I will definitely stay again!! Thank you for the 5 stars experiences.

在市區這個價位相當滿意了，房間空氣清新，隔音好很安靜，床睡着很舒服，我真的一覺睡到天亮。只是我房間洗手間裏有一點點滴水的聲音，這是美中不足之處，但是能理解，這對我造不成什麼幹擾

灑店位置較好，近北京路步行街和陳家祠等地…吃喝玩樂一條龍都很方便的。就是個房間續訂後還沒有到離店和入住灑店就設定置為不可以取消？

挺難受的，早上起來還以為沒什麼事，就沒理它 回來家一看都起小點了，應該是我昨晚用酒店洗了浴缸裏泡澡

房間乾淨整潔，鄰近地鐵站，下面有酒家可以吃點心，附近係景點陳家祠，前台服務員親切友善，下次去廣州會再來

房間很陳舊，前台很小，酒店在五樓，找起來倒容易，高鐵站步行十幾分鍾，就是房間衞生不滿意，走進去運動鞋吱嘎吱嘎響，很粘人，明顯地面油膩膩的，這種情況，我在別的酒店真沒碰到過。

衞生：乾淨，住了兩天阿姨會主動問要不要搞衞生，環境優美 服務：前台服務很好，還有零食吃 休閑下午茶零食禮包:有幾包咪咪還有糖果，都是免費的 還有投影儀，酒店位置很好樓下就有商場還有早茶店

設施：相對齊全 衞生：還不錯哦 環境：基本沒有什麼噪音 服務：很好，有疑問及時解答 休閑下午茶零食禮包:有小零食可以吃 總體不錯，投影儀很好用，入住感覺很舒適，沒有什麼異味，沒有噪音。
